Le studio est équipé d'une climatisation mobile. Vous disposez d'un grand ascenseur ; pratique pour les bagages. Le studio est très lumineux, il offre une pièce de vie chaleureuse et cosy de 20m2. Dès l'entrée, un petit hall pratique vous accueillera avec en face la pièce principale et sur la droite une salle d'eau/WC.

Nice 2-room terrace, parking, near historic center

Bright T2 not overlooked with terrace of 20 m² in the residence. Close to the historic center, opposite the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free access bike station and a tram stop within walking distance. Free parking available in the parking lot of the residence. There is one double bed and one fixed sofa large enough for one person under 1.80 m. The charming village house is only a few seconds walk from the Canal du Midi, in a bustling village that has markets, restaurants and easy access to several beaches. Further afield are many villages and national parks to explore, and Carcassone is less than one hour by road. There are opportunities to browse in French antique shops and markets and to sample local produce and wines. The house can accommodate a family or several couples.
