The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

A few years ago, our house was converted from a former farmhouse into a vacation home and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is located in the middle of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. It is in a unique secluded location and is available for the complete exclusive use of our guests. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The house from 1693 has been lovingly restored. The old construction has been completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers and families.

It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
