È una casa particolarissima,tutte le zone sono pensate per renderla più comoda e rilassante possibile,le zone esterne sono piacevoli per pranzare e godersi la vista mare,ci è piaciuta tantissimo...bravo Drasko!

У нас был замечательный отдых в доме Энн. Он очень удачно расположен в небольшой деревне - всего 10 минут на машине от паромной переправы, и вы окажитесь в этом уединенном и живописном месте. В доме есть все для комфортного длительного проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить потрясающий сад - очень уютно сидеть с бокалом вина под виноградными лозами. От дома начинаются пешие маршруты с видом на Которскую бухту. В тоже время, чтобы оказаться в ресторане или на пляже вам достаточно всего 10 минут на машине. Отличное место для отдыха!

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

The house was perfect for us. The outside was the absolute highlight: good dining table under a fully shady tree with a spectacular view down the hill to the sea. Easy walk into town and the beach, a lot of stairs so can avoid roads. The chain of beaches are very nicely laid out, water is deep, clean and wonderful. Back to the house: good kitchen, very easy to cook (sharp knives!). Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well laid out bathrooms. Immediately felt at home. That includes the welcome from a small yet attentive group of neighbourhood cats No qualms returning. Zero negatives.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Se réveiller le matin avec cette vue sensationnelle sur la mer est un vrai régal et de surcroît dans un environnement paisible et calme. Villa moderne avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine à débordement. Très bien équipée, rien ne manque : barbecue à proximité de la piscine, climatisation pour passer des nuits fraîches et très bien située pour visiter la baie de Kotor et ses nombreux villages. Все понравилось, хороший дом и хорошее место ! Было замечательно провести время ! Если вы на машине , то все есть в округе. До Дубровника быстрее добраться чем до Тивата. В рестораны рядом даже не сходили, не хотелось уезжать из виллы. Единственное к чему было замечание, это гриль, думаю его стоит поменять, он уже отслужил свое. Но это мелочь, а так все понравилось.

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Отличное расположение для тех кто любит море и приватность. Необыкновенно красивые виды Близость к морю, практически частный берег( ступеньки, пляж каменный, возможно, не подойдет совсем маленьким детям или пожилым людям) Бассеин с морской водой Хорошо продуваемая территория, не было жарко О доме хорошо заботится пара, которая живет с другой стороны дома. Были некоторые тех.проблемы которые быстро решались Место вдали от цивилизации, примерно пол часа - 40 мин до торгового центра. Есть все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Рядом много мест для прыжков со скал в воду! Кусочек рая на земле! С нетерпением жду вернуться снова!

Très bon séjour, logement agréable et bien situé. Un petit peu difficile de se stationner au début mais très bonne communication avec les hôtes :)

It is the beautiful appartment near water. Positive: 1 Location. All interesting places are near. 2 You can light candles in fireplace. 3 The apartment has everything you need to stay. 4 You can hear sound of sea in apartment if you want. Negative: 1 One night we were disturbed by sounds from a restaurant nearby.

great location with balcony and lots of space.

Appartement super bien situé géographiquement avec une belle vue sur la baie. Le logement est super bien équipé il y a de quoi cuisiner et tout était propre, nous n'avons eu qu'à racheter du papier toilette car nous étions là pour une semaine et des pastilles de lave vaisselle sinon tout est sur place. La vue est splendide et on y dort bien. Un petit litige à la fin du séjour mais régler à l'amiable quelques heures plus tard.

Es ist eine wunderschöne, top gepflegte Unterkunft weit weg von Stress und Lärm. Sehr saubere Zimmer und ein wunderschöner Poolbereich.. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer für einen da. Kleines Restaurant ist auch vorhanden, in dem man sehr lecker essen kann mit entspannender Musik im Hintergrund und einem gigantischen Ausblick auf Pool und die Landschaft im Hintergrund. Einfach ein Traum! Alles Top!! Jederzeit wieder!! Danke Dragan und Biljana!!

5 gece konaklama yaptık. öncelikle ev sahibi Petara ilgisi, iyi niyeti ve yardımseverligi noktasında çok teşekkür ederiz. çok yardımcı oldu. çok keyifli harika 5-6 gün geçirdik. kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. villada herşey düşünülmüş ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Bu noktada hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Villa keyifliydi kullanışlıydı. ayrıca sessiz ve huzurlu bir muhitte bulunuyor. giriş katında bulunan odanın balkonu güzeldi, manzarasını çok beğendik, o balkonda vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. villadan ayrılmak zor geldi gerçekten. yorumlarda belirtilen eve varıştaki yokuştan bahsetmek de isterim. yaklaşık 250 belki 300 metre civarı bir rampa var, biraz dik bir yokuş. biz aracımızda 3 yetişkin, 2 çocuk ve bagaj doluyken çıkabildik. otomatik vitesi manuel 1. vitese alarak sakin şekilde rahatlıkla çıkabileceğinizi düşünüyorum. ortalama üstü bir şoför dediğim gibi çıkabilir. kotora 15 dakika uzaklıkta tivata da ayrıca yakın.herşey için çok teşekkürler.

We travelled with two adults and a child (2,5 years old). We had a fantastic time! The flate is cosy and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Drago helped us out when we had questions, put a childs bed in the sleeping room and picked us from the airport (also having a childs seat for the car). We enjoyed the quite beach side which is not far. The close bakery has great chocolate croissants. We highly recommend the stay in Bijela and especially with Drago.

et helt fantastisk hus og beliggenhed. Det levede op til forventningerne. Vi var en familie på 9 personer og der var masser af plads, et perfekt hus til en stor familie. huset har den smukkeste udsigt jeg ikke turde drømme om. dog er det ikke så let at finde, men når man først har fundet det, er der guld i vente. My favourite holiday rental, ever!! A perfect house in a perfect location. Sun, clean sea (not too chilly), two fabulous restaurants just along the quay and the possibility of reasonably priced boat trips from just outside. Sladjana was a great host: very responsive, informative and kind, and Vesna, the property manager, was as helpful as could be, always going the extra mile. Thank you, both, my party of eight had a wonderful time in Rose.Truly five star😀

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Die Gastgeber sind einfach nur herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Selten wurden wir so gastfreundlich empfangen. Am Anreisetag war der Kühlschrank bereits mit dem nötigsten befüllt, dazu gab es noch Tomaten aus dem eigenen Anbau und frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern, was unsere Kinder sehr gefreut hat 🤩. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sauber und sehr groß. Für uns war das ideal, da wir so nicht gezwungen waren bei der Hitze an den Strand zu fahren, damit die Kinder baden können. Wir haben somit nach dem Frühstück am Pool entspannt und sind dann nachmittags an den Strand gefahren. Das Frühstück oder Abendessen kann man übrigens auf der riesengroßen Dachterrasse zu sich nehmen mit herrlichem Weitblick. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, so dass man ein Auto braucht, um an den Strand zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Oder man nimmt sich ein Taxi, was auch nur ein paar Euro zum Strand kostet. Für uns war die Entfernung kein Problem, denn genau sowas haben wir gesucht. Es gibt zwar keinen Meerblick, aber dafür Ruhe pur. Morgens hört man absolut nichts bis auf das zwitschern/zirpen der Grillen…ein Traum ☺️. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an die lieben Gastgeber Andrija und Ivana, die uns diesen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht haben und immer engagiert waren, dass es uns an nichts fehlt!

Svetlana's AirBnb is absolutely amazing. It has some of the most magnificent views that we have ever seen (from the porches of two of the bedrooms you have a panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor and the mountains beyond). The pool is wonderful and there is a sauna and shower nearby for changing. In addition to the spacious and comfortable house with 5 bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen, there is a separate small glass-enclosed enclosed gazebo\house that has a kitchen, a comfortable couch and a wonderful fireplace. For those who come with young children, there is a terrific play area for children (including a playhouse) and the pool has a shallow end for children. Svetlana was terrific and responsive to our requests and really helped us out when we had an issue unrelated to the rental. We highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable AirBnb.

Очень гостепреимный, дружелюбный хозяин. Рассказал где находятся магазины, пляжи, рынок и достопримечательности. Жилье соответствует описанию и фото. Чисто, уютно есть все необходимое: постельное, полотенца, посуда, утюг, фен. В окрестностях очень красивые виды, много экзотических растений. Всегда можно обратиться к хозяину по любому вопросу.

We had amazing holidays with my friends in Montenegro. Jelena, Natasha and Marco provided everything we needed. They were all really helpful, gave us many recommendations and for the whole time we felt well taken care of. Everyone was super kind, we even got beautiful homemade magnets as a gift at the end of our stay. The home itself was also amazing, swimming pool was awesome for really hot weather and chillout. Whole place was super comfy and clean. Big big big recommendation! :)

Just to echo what all other reviewers have said about this beautiful property. The house not only looks good in the photos it is an absolute pleasure to stay in. Everything is spotless, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is full of all the kit you might need to make self catering very easy, nice toietries and robes in the bathrooms. The pool is divine, picture pefect, complete with swallows swooping in for a drink from time to time. The host was the 'perfect host'. We arrived a little earlier than the official check in which was accommodated, we had a couple of messages just checking everything was ok at the villa (which it was) but we never at any time felt the contact was too much. Our stay was absolutely faultless and I am not that easily pleased!
