Waking up to those beautiful sights was a highlight of our trip. The host was fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

The road up the hill is a bit rugged, but it is not as difficult to drive as other guests describe. The owner is very meticulous and thoughtful. Before checking in, he guided and introduced the details of the check-in, and provided us with a lot of convenience. The apartment is clean and elegant, and you can see the owner's ingenuity. Everything is perfect. We had a pleasant night here.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the opportunity to stay at Riverside. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the space was fully equipped with everything necessary for daily living – from the kitchenette to fast and stable Wi-Fi. The complex features a large, clean swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is truly fantastic – very close to the beach, yet far enough from the city noise to enjoy peace and quiet. It’s an excellent base for hiking or cycling trips around the area. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility, comfort, and beautiful surroundings. Once again, thank you to the host – we will definitely be back!

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

We stayed here as a group of 8 for about a week and had a great time. Đorđe and his family are excellent hosts who make you feel welcome and are always there to help. Nevertheless, our stay in the apartment and the beautiful garden felt very private. Apart from the somewhat limited kitchen equipment, everything was perfect and we would definitely return someday.

Beautifully situated villa with direct access to the sea in a very quiet area. We were welcomed by Ugi, who took us to the premises and explained everything. Teodora was also very responsive. We arrived in mid-October, when the off-season had started, so the Lustica Peninsula had very few guests. The beaches were empty, but it was still beach weather with sea temperatures over 20°C. Highly recommended. The only issues worth mentioning were the long staircase down to the house and the lack of a traditional oven, as there was only a combined microwave/steamer oven,

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was up to our expectations. Communication with Vujadin and Jelena was very smooth and swift. They helped us organising transfers from/to Tivat airport. The house is fully renovated, very clean and equipped with all the homeware you might need (hairdryer, washing machine, iron, etc., not to mention various kitchen utensils). We spent a lot of time at the terrace in the garden with the seaview. The house is located in a wonderful picturesque location, very quiet, minimum car traffic. We were at a beach vacation and managed to visit several great spots just within 15-20 walk. Herceg Novi historic centre is within 10-15 walk. We are so grateful for such a warm welcome and would definitely consider this house for another stay in Herceg Novi!

Absolutely wonderful place with breathtaking views. Very friendly, helpful and caring hosts. Comfortable rooms and well equipped with essential tableware kitchen. The terrace is surrounded by a lovely garden with fig trees which we were kindly encouraged by the hosts to pick as much as we pleased. A dream and a heaven not less. Highly recommend for people who do not like crowded holiday resorts. The only downside - acoustics across Boca bay is exceptional and we could sadly hear Herceg Novyj disco almost every night. But the place itself and the hospitality of the hosts prevails every bit of it - we were very sad to leave this paradise.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! This house is perfect! It is modern, well maintained, and has everything you may need during your stay. It’s right on the water, with perfect views, and walking distance from a nice little store and a Mediterranean restaurant. The host is very helpful and responsive. We loved our time there. Looking forward to coming back!

Sean is very attentive and informative. Easy check in and check out. The apartment has spectacular views. İt is brand new with all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Few minute walk to the beach and marina. I recommend this place!

My family spent a magical weekend in Montenegro and this place provided the perfect base for that. We walked easily to the beach, restaurants and sites. Very friendly town with breath-taking views from the apartment.

I loved staying here. The apartment is much more spacious than it looks in the photos. For a studio apartment, it is well designed with a good kitchen, bathroom and a washing machine. I had everything I needed, including good WiFi. Renata and her family are very friendly. Renata met me at the bus station and drove me to the apartment. I loved the dog - we became best friends very quickly. The apartment is in a great location. It's very close (a few minutes walk) from the start of the old town. It's also close to the bus station, and there are 3 supermarkets and a bakery very close by. The Spanish fort is above the property, and there is a hiking route that starts right outside. It's high up, so you get great views of the bay. I loved Herceg Novi - great for sea swimming and hiking, and there seem to be lots of water sports on offer. The old town is very pretty and the whole place has a very relaxed vibe. I'd love to return.

Great apartment, the view is amazing!! It's not a huge place, but it has everything you need. Teodora and Stefan are very friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this place!

We had absolutely fantastic stay at Zorica's apartment. It has all what you need for relaxing holiday. Large patio to sit down and enjoy the warmth and for me to enjoy my morning coffee. Inside the kitchen offered good option to cook our own meals and the washing machine was really handy. For two week holiday we needed to wash our clothes multiple times during our stay. Bedroom is big and has a good amount of storing space for clothes. AC worked like a charm and kept the indoor temperature in control (outside 30 degree). In our stay we were also provided a small TV which was nice because we could connect our laptop for watching movies/series from bigger screen. TV wasn't listed in apartments equipment so was nice surprise. We could arrange the check-in with Zorica so that we could arrive at 2am. Nice. She/her daughter were really helpful and nice so I really recommend this apartment for everyone. Note: Herceg Novi/getting to the house has a lot of stairs so it is good leg excercise 😅
