Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Heredia Province

the landlord is very helpful and really saves my life because one day I forgot to take the entrance card and the landlord helped me immediately, I really appreciated for his fast response. also another mistake I made, I broke the dishes and cups by accident, without consciousness because I was sleeping on the comfortable sofar, and I was waked up by dishes breaking voice. I felt so sorry and apologized for my mistake, landlord really care about me , I felt guilty but I don't know what to do, because it is by accident, landlord helped me a lot.

It's close to everything, secure, and private feeling. The view is beautiful as well. We will def be back on our next trip to Heredia.

Many pros, for one it looks exactly like the pictures. Exceptionally clean. Cons, not very walkable. However, you really have all you need here, and downstairs has the cutest little shop you can pick up almost anything. Highly recommend especially if you have an early am flight like I did. Super close to the airport.

We had a good experience at this next to new condo during our stay from April 9 to May 24, 2025 Pros: 1. Location is incredibly convenient, with restaurants just one to two blocks away walking distance. 2. A convenient store is right next door. 3. A bus stop is directly in front of the condo making transit easy and convenient, very affordable (310 colones), transit, allowing for trips to San Jose, Heredia, and surrounding towns. 4. The condo is not anymore then 2 miles from the center of Heredia. 5. The property managers were cooperative & very nice, easy to work with. 6. The condo felt brand new and comfortable. 7. Very safe feeling with a 24 hour security guard on site. Cons: 1. The pool was unheated and too cold for us to use, which was disappointing, 2. Noise from big trucks between 2 AM and 5 AM could be bothersome, despite being on the fifth floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay again if in the area again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful and Secure Stay at Guanacasa Condominium! We had an amazing experience at Guanacasa Condominium! The gated community offers excellent security, with two gates to pass through before entering—something we really appreciated for peace of mind. The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the pool area was pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Although we rented a car to get to our scheduled excursions, it was super convenient to have a designated parking spot right outside our condo door. Everything about our stay felt easy, safe, and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a secure, relaxing place to stay!

Is a good place to stay and the host is very nice and is always there for everything we need

Our third stay at one of Frank’s homes. We have stayed twice at the home next door to this. As always, it is a great pleasure. Both homes that Frank has in this complex are beautiful, clean, exactly like the pictures, and safe. Frank is an excellent host; kind, helpful, and responsive. I have never stayed in one place more than once, let alone three times…except these homes! We are planning a fourth stay for later in the year. If you want a safe, clean, beautiful, AC filled home…this is it. What a blessing to come back here!

The Family Arbeláez Bolívar (José, Nazly, Felipe, and Ángelo) The entire family greeted us on the street and helped us park and bring in our luggage. They were all so warm and welcoming. We felt like part of the family. They all went above and beyond. They gave us great advice and recommendations on things to do. We loved visiting with them and enjoyed learning about their family and sharing stories about ours. The house was comfortable and beautiful. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the little air conditioners worked great. We liked that it was about 15 minutes from the airport and we're grateful that they welcomed us at such a late hour and accommodated our group of 12. We also ordered breakfast and it was delicious. We had traditional Costa Rican food with delicious mango mint juice. Nazly is an amazing host and shared some delicious and unique food such as black garlic. José made us some coco and homemade bread from his bakery. that was fantastic. Loved it!

My son stayed the attention was higher than expected Nazly, excellent hostess , helped us with everything and was very attentive to the stay. I am very grateful for the communication you had with me since he entered until he left his house. Highly recommended

Nazly, her husband Jose and their 2 sons, Felipe and Angelo, were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to welcome us and help us get settled. We had an easy and quick ride from there to the airport. Those of us who did not have an early flight stayed for a delicious breakfast. The children were happily entertained by Felipe and Angelo. Then we strolled through an attractive, quiet neighborhood to a nearby restaurant. The house was very clean and very comfortable. We would love to stay there again with this wonderful family.

The family at Cariari House welcomes you with a lot of love. They are such kind people. I had a great stay with them. Great conversations, great cooking together, great playing music together, and again - wonderful conversations. I felt like home and they treated me very well. I can't wait to come back if my path is ever in San José again. Highly recommend!

The place is super nice and clean, equipped with everything you need, we loved the pool, it has an excellent view as well as the apartment.

This was a great stay the night before we left our 2 week trip. It was close to our rental car drop off and the sunrise view was beautiful to wake up too for our early flight.
