Our house is ideal for large families or groups of friends, it has no adjoining walls and a charming and protected courtyard. A refurbished old house that fits into the charm of the medieval village. There are three double bedrooms, a crib and another double bed in the living room. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, large room ate overlooking the courtyard. This sunny cozy cottage offers you all the comfort, privacy and tranquility for a wonderful stay. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom for 2 people, bedroom for 3 people and a crib/high chair. Upon arrival, the beds are made, the refrigerator is on and if necessary the wood stoves are lit, wood is available. Outside you have a beautiful view, there is plenty of space to create your own place, in the sun or in the shade. Swing and football for the kids.

Deze sfeervolle, ruime accommodatie (65m2) is perfect voor een fijne overnachting. De gîte is voorzien van alle benodigde voorzieningen. Buiten kunt u genieten op het zonneterras, met uitzicht over het weiland waar de paarden grazen. De gîte ligt landelijk gelegen, maar op korte afstand van restaurant, supermarkt en de snelweg, A71 (10 minuten). Als u wilt kunt u gebruik maken van onze goed gevulde ontbijtmand. Reserveren is noodzakelijk. Kosten €12,50 per persoon.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

At the gates of the largest oak forest in Europe, 20 minutes from the A71, we welcome you to this chalet surrounded by the Tronçais forest, classified as a remarkable forest in 2018. Ideally located a 3-minute walk from the village and less than a 10-minute walk from the Tronçais pond (leisure center with beach, supervised swimming, canoe rental, pedal boats, paddle...) you will have multiple possibilities for activities as soon as you leave the cottage!
