Monthly Rentals in Hermosa Beach

Great property in an excellent location with easy parking. Close to the beach and restaurants in a very walkable area. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful, almost four-month, stay in Rich’s place. It is a compact, two room apartment with a lovely patio and garden area. It has great light, all the amenities we needed, and a fabulous location. The beach and strand are right out the door and down the hill, a fine view, and easy for walks any time. South Park, terrific for strolling or playing with kids, is just at the end of the block. Markets and restaurants are within a ten-minute walk. Rich was always available for advice or help. Couldn’t have had a better time. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The property was easy to find and very clean. There was a stain on the sofa and they answered my text within 15 minutes and were ready to come over immediately and put a new cover on the sofa. They checked in afterwards to make sure everything was good. Would use them again!

Our stay at Hilary’s property was fantastic! The check in was easy and clear instructions were provided. We did not need the parking pass that was provided, but it was great know that it was available if we needed it. The property was exactly as described and was a great value for the location and distance to the beach. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute walk. This is a place we would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway and we would definitely stay here again!
