Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hermosa Cóbano Beach

Our stay by Soraya was amazing. Very peaceful, calm, very close to nature. The surroundings are stunningly connected to nature. Soraya was very helpful and generous. We had everything we needed in the house for our family. Cleaning lady very friendly always around if we needed anything without disturbing. Someone cleaned the pool twice a day without disturbing as well. The place is a little far from everything but after a few come and go we got use to it. I already miss the landscape on our way to there. Even if it's far, the feeling is very safe and confident. Thank you!! I would recommend this place to anyone who's searching for some quiet and quality time.

We had such a lovely time staying at Casa De Celeste. The property was absolutely gorgeous and in close proximity to town and adventures. It was the perfect getaway before our wedding. The caretaker Vincente was so kind and very helpful. He truly made the place feel like home. We will return and are looking forward to that day. I highly recommend this property.

Adi was a fantastic host and had a beautiful property. He was very kind and made us feel right at home. He gave us all the privacy we needed. I am not sure if I missed this in the description of the property but we had the use of cleaners at no extra cost whenever we wanted, much like a hotel. We only used the service once but it was a nice touch. There is another suite above but we rarely saw them. The pool would be shared but again, they used the pool at different times. You can hear the roar of the waves from the property which is lovely even though it is maybe 400 meters through the trees and across the road. Mal Pais is a nice area to get out of hectic Santa Teresa and I would do this again. This has nothing to do with our excellent host but, to avoid disappointment, this is not a walk friendly area of Costa Rica. The roads are busy with ATV's and motorbikes and an awful lot of heavy equipment with no sidewalks. However, if you fancy a walk, the huge beaches slake that thirst.

AMAZING! This place is beyond beautiful. The property is truly one of a kind. The level of service we received was absolutely above expectations. Felicitas greeted us when we arrived at the property, created a group chat, was always available for questions, and made sure we were accommodated in every way. There was a cleaning lady and maintenance man who kindly greeted us every morning. Felicitas facilitated all of our activities and excursions. Santa Teresa is a cute little town full of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at. We shared the property with a family of monkeys, a raccoon, and some iguanas. Overall, our week was amazing and we can't wait to book again!

Eloide is such a wonderful host. She was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was just perfect for us., very comfortable and a peaceful location. We loved the beautiful jungle surroundings and enjoyed a swim in the pool. This was a great find and we will be back again! Thank you for having us, Eloide.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I rebooked for two extra nights! This place is not only cozy and private, but also thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The attention to detail makes it feel like a true home away from home. The host is fantastic—responsive, kind, and communicates clearly throughout. A truly peaceful and well-run spot that I’d happily return to again and again.

Anne-Laure's cabin was a magical Costa Rican escape! We instantly felt the "pura vida" spirit—perfect for chill people connecting with nature. The majestic Santa Teresa jungle location was breathtaking, with stunning views and wildlife (monkeys, birds!) from the balcony. The stylish, quiet cabin, built with local wood, blended comfort with authentic Costa Rican style and was fully equipped. The private hot tub was a luxurious treat, and the balcony's hanging net was unique for treetop lounging. We appreciated the eco-friendly farm setting and reliable Starlink. Anne-Laure was an exceptional, attentive host, matching the "chill people only" vibe. Her care and the property's character made our trip special. Highly recommend for a unique, peaceful, stylish jungle getaway in Santa Teresa. Easy access to town (4x4 recommended for jungle route). Dreaming of returning!

Manzanillo is a gem of a spot, very easy to walk to local food and small grocer, beach is a short walk away. Elias was very helpful with any issues we needed sorting out. I would definitely go back and stay again!

Communication with the host was great – quick, friendly and helpful. Originally we had booked an apartment without air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable at the high temperatures. The host came by in person in the evening and allowed us to switch to a room with air conditioning – really great service! The furnishings were nice and tasteful. A small note: things like salt, pepper or oil should be brought with you, as they were unfortunately not available. Location was perfect – a little away from the hustle and bustle, but still only a few minutes to the beach. There are many great restaurants nearby that you can easily walk to. Overall a very nice stay – happy to come back!

Host was very responsive, very clean property, wonderful pool & staff. Would absolutely recommend! We stayed for five nights and took day trips to Montezuma for waterfalls.

Great location, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Our one-year-old (and we) loved the pool. Scott and Natalia are super friendly and answered any questions we had in a wink. Highly recommend their place!

We stayed in the ocean view room and it was amazing. We saw the most beautiful sunrise, and an awesome lightning storm followed by great views of rainbows. They have an incredible gym and nice common area to visit with other guests. It is also so close to the heart of Montezuma making it ideal for our plans in the area. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend if staying in the area.

No words can quite describe the magical experience of staying in this beautifully crafted treehouse. The view is incredible, but it is the tasteful and rustic personal touches that make the space feel so cozy and inviting. Peter was a welcoming, responsive, and kind host, and all of the love and craftsmanship with which he and his family have created their homestead is evident in every corner of this spectacular place. From waking up and watching the sunrise over the ocean from our crows nest bed, to taking a warm outdoor shower at twilight in the rain, to stargazing at night while lightning storms danced on the horizon, each moment was better than the next. The casita was equipped with everything one could need, and we were very comfortable with the fan at night. Thank you again Peter and Santiago for everything.

Wow! What a stunning place! Outside but close to Hermosa and Santa Teresa, this beautiful place has a stunning view over the jungle and to the ocean. Beautiful pool. Rooms are spacious and very modern. Best sleep I had in Costa Rica due to the very good beds and quiet apartments. Haya is a great, proactive host, always helping and answering questions. 5 stars overall!

I’d definitely stay here again! It’s super walkable to get into town, and Irina was an amazing host! Our shower head broke, but she replaced it the next day. Then, we got locked out (always remember to keep the keys before you close the front door!). But Irina had a backup plan that we could use to get back in that night. She was so friendly and helpful, and the stay was cozy and had everything we needed, with a great location too! A couple of my friends stayed at Lost Boys and got to use their pool and hangout spot, so it was a great time!

GREAT PLACE!We enjoyed 4 weeks in apt. 3 and had a wonderful time! It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped so we cooked a lot of meals and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony (with nice shade) with a great view! We slept well due to the AC and the quiet surrounding. We even saw a family of howler monkeys twice from the amazing pool (great to cool down after hot days). Lots of greenery, nice flowers and birds around! Marilin is very helpful & friendly and replies quickly! The apartments are cleaned every second day, if you want to. The host even had mosquito nets installed which is very comfortable. We felt very safe and at home. It is only a 3 minute walk to the grocery store and 3-10 minutes to many fantastic restaurants, cafés, litte clothing stores etc. We booked several surfing lessons with the host James which was fantastic and great FUN! He knows very well how to teach surfing, took care for us being safe in the water and riding maaaany (beginner) waves!Highly recommended!

The accommodation is very nice and well located. Marisa is amazing! She even added furniture before we arrived to accommodate us so we can have 4 meals around a table outside as well as inside. Super well decorated. Vegetation makes us feel good. Very well insulated inside so as not to hear the quad bikes passing on the main street. We loved it!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a magical place in the middle of the jungle and with beautiful ocean view. The sunsets were amazing!!! The apartments are perfectly clean, the decoration is very nice. The beds are perfect. The barhrooms are spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is very spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.I highly recommend the place. Manzanillo Beach, just a three-minute drive away, is a beautiful place. We also enjoyed Santa Teresa Beach and Hermosa Beach. The hostess Luz is very kind, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed some wonderful days of vacation

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

Enjoying the Lapas Tricolor in its natural environment, watching them fly freely. It's something that you don't get elsewhere. We really liked being able to stay in a place where there is excellent security, cleanliness and respect for the neighbors following the rules. The whole team was very kind, they were very attentive to our needs. Congratulations have a property jewel, on future vacations I hope to be lucky enough to get to stay with you again.
