Enjoy the Helgeland coast in this top modern sea house with all amenities. The house by the lake has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, yacuzzi and private dock with floating jetty to mention a few. You can't get any closer to the sea. Here you can fish from the jetty, launch the kayak from the floating jetty or venture out over the archipelago with countless small islets and good fishing opportunities. From the house by the lake you can see no less than 4 landmarks: The Seven Sisters, Dønnamannen, Lovund and Vega.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms with possibilities for beds for 8 people (10 with sofa bed). The main floor has a hallway, bathroom, living room, kitchen and 2 balconies, one towards the lake with all outdoor furniture, barbecue etc., as well as one towards the morning sun. Perfect starting point for top tours on Syv Søstre, Dønnamannen and kayak tours around the area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Amazing sunsets. In summer, the sun doesn't set until midnight. Adult couples who like to enjoy a rural and quiet atmosphere. 3 km to the store and restaurant HerøyBrygge. 1.5 km to unique Etcetera (magical flower shop that must be experienced). It has two bathrooms, which provides extra comfort for visitors. Hytta ligger fint til med panoramautsikt til De syv søstre, Dønnamannen, Øksningan. Nydelige turmuligheter til lands og til vanns eller bare roe ned foran ovnen i godstolen. Vel utstyrt kjøkken, stort spisebord med plass til minst ti stykker, noen brettspill og kortstokk selvsagt! To dobbeltsenger og ei køyeseng med plass til tre, to bad med varmekabler, stor entre. Egen fjære, og Lille Svenholmen er spennende å utforske for de minste. Matbutikk, Skolo cafe,pizza .

Sportsfiske, kajakk, sykkelturer, bading, foto, gåturer og masse mer. Ferje fra Søvik ferjeleie (16 km fra Sandnessjøen) til øya Austbø. Hytta er perfekt for barnefamilier eller familier som ønsker å komme bort fra storbyen. Hytta ligger rett ved havet og har sol fra morgen til kveld på sommeren. Fine uteområder.

Ta deg en pause og slapp av i denne fredelige oasen. Hytten ligger ved havet og har en nydelig badestrand rett ved. Hytten tilhører en gård med hester og andre smådyr. Stedet er fredelig og det er lite trafikk, det hører også en flytebrygge til som er tilgjengelig for bading, fisking kan også nås fra bergene ved hytten. Hytten ligger i naturskjønne omgivelser og har tilgang til gode turområder. Silvalen sentrum ligger 6 km unna.
