Kleine gemütliche Wohnung

Unsere kleine, ca. 30qm große Einliegerwohnung besteht aus eineinhalb Zimmern mit Wohn- und Essbereich, separatem Schlafzimmer und kleinem Bad. Sie befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe zum Bahnhof, noch schneller ist man aber auf den schönen Feldern. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, unsere Terrasse vor dem Haus kann gerne mit genutzt werden. Wahrscheinlich eignet sich die Unterkunft am besten für eine Einzelperson, aber auch zwei Personen, die sich gerne mögen, finden hier Platz :)

Geräumige, helle Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Meine Unterkunft liegt am Ortsrand von Herrenberg, einer sehr schönen historischen Fachwerkstadt. Der Ortskern ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Haustür. Herrenberg hat eine sehr gute Anbindung nach Stuttgart und Tübingen. Unmittelbar in der Nähe der Unterkunft beginnt ein Naturpark mit vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Meine Unterkunft ist sehr gut geeignet für Paare oder für Familien mit Kindern, aber auch Alleinreisende sind herzlich willkommen.

Gute Anbindung an den Großraum Stuttgart mit Flughafen - nur rd. 30 min. entfernt. Eine große überdachte Holzterrasse mit Rasenfläche umrahmt die gesamte Wohnung. Die Fußbodenheizung und eine Belüftungsanlage sorgen fürs Wohlfühlen. Maßküche vom Küchenbauer, schnelles WLAN und ein großes TV runden das Paket ab.

Herzlich Willkommen bei uns auf dem Riethmüllerhof. In ländlicher Umgebung, zwischen Wiesen, Bach und Mittelalterstadt Herrenberg, liegt unser kleiner Hof am Ortseingang.
