This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

The place was beautiful and clean. The cooler and chairs were a great addition. It is a secure and locked location so you are super safe with your family. There are several pools to choose from so you can always find a location that is not too crowded. A little difficult to find in the dark the first time but totally worth it. You will want to rent a car as restaurants and attractions are not close, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prep meals so the family can come back to the room and grab food as they get hungry. It was an amazing vacation with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!

Our pictures look just as good as advertised! Water in the pool refreshing water in the ocean perfection. Very calm condo resort. During the day very few people out felt like it was all ours!! Pools were great and the slide was very fast and fun! The Host did warn about insects this time of year and we did prepare thankfully! Also had a can of bug spray for us provided. Very kind. Security was great and appreciated even though the area did seem safe it was nice to have. Gorgeous views. We had no problems getting an Uber wherever we wanted to go. We opted not to get a rental and was fine. If you are looking to relax, you won’t be disappointed. We tried a few places Carmen suggested and were happy with them. Thank you Carmen for a delightful restful stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at Scott’s Airbnb. The pool and access to the private beach was definitely a plus. The place was very clean and spacious. Overall a great experience.

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

Here’s to another successful sisters trip. We had such an amazing time. Veronica’s place was so great, especially loved that we could literally walk a couple feet to the beach, which we did after a long afternoon of shopping and eating. Inside the home was also great it had extra touches like all the beach and hiking essentials you need. It just was a great home . My husband and I are already making plans about coming back and staying again. Seriously a good stay. Thank you again for everything.

Edwin was a great host and the place was nice. The small attention to detail and traveler's needs were great. Edwin always responded in a timely matter and tried to accommodate every need. The things you should prepare for when selecting this location are: weather, it rains for a good part of April and most of May and at times it will cause a power outage. The mosquitos, I mean you can never really prepare for those, but pack accordingly. Check with the resort and host when traveling to make sure all amenities are functioning. The lazy river was not when I visited, and I wasn't notified if this. The beach, is actually at the end of the resort, maybe a 10-15 walk, and it requires a key. Edwin will leave the key for you. Don't go without it. This beach wasn't the cleanest or most appealing. Finally, if you're an animal lover, be prepared for the cats, dogs, lizards, roasters, and chickens, they're everywhere. I would book again. We made the best out of the situation

Fantastic place to stay!! We rented a vehicle to get around as there wasn't many options nearby to eat. DandD pizza was very gooood and less than 10mins, but aside that many places were closed and/or had limited hours. you definitely need a vehicle to get more options and of course to visit old san juan! We don't like to depend on Uber to get around.. The apartment was everything you need. Very spacious, clean, and simply perfect! Great water pressure to shower, hot water, a/c worked. Plenty of towels [after shower use/ pool use] and full equipped kitchen. I'm telling you this place has it ALL. Even a washer/dryer! This building was across from the pool and the ocean, so we will definitely come back with our whole family!! The guidebook had fantastic suggestions, our favorite was Victoria Bistro in Canovanas!! Thank you!!

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

Our experience was excellent! The place has everything you need for a comfortable and fun family stay. The beds are super comfortable, everything was impeccably clean and well organized. We really enjoyed having a domino table to share in the evenings, and in general the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. Communication with the hosts was 10/10. Always attentive, kind and attentive to any detail before and during our stay. They made us feel welcome from the start. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and we hope to return soon. This is a wonderful spot! we now visit this beach every year. Beautiful beach, pool, and surroundings. Super safe! Lying in the hammock on the balcony and listening to the ocean is the absolute best! we cooked all week and had mist everything that we needed. Super easy to do day trips to Vieques and Culebra from this area, as well. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

This was one of the best AirBnb’s my family and I have stayed in! The unit was sport less and literally included everything and anything you could think of. Even having floaties and toys for the beach. Speaking of the beach, you had a practically private and beautiful beach located 2 minutes (walking) away! What more could you ask for?!? We would 1000% stay at Venvenido’s place again, loved every second of it!!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do outside of the condominium. We especially loved the beach area; there were tons of sand dollars and starfish, and we even got to witness a sea turtle release, which was such a special experience. The Luquillo Kiosks were a favorite spot of ours—amazing food and atmosphere. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

The access to the beach at this place is the best part! The pool is also really nice and not crowded at all. You definitely need a car, nothing is waking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Excellent communication, I recommend not using the translator in the Airbnb app. There's a slight cockroach problem, but I used a good repellent that I think killed them all. I loved the pool and the beach less than a 5-minute walk from the house. Jackeline, thank you for your hospitality and congratulations on your new granddaughter. The BBQ works well, the patio is beautiful and comfortable. The garage jacuzzi is perfect. I loved everything. THANK YOU

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

This place was perfect for my husband and three of our children. Plenty of room. The view was my favorite part! Overlooking the beautiful water. Just steps from the beach. The pools were great, but we spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. Closest restaurants where at least 20 minutes away so a car rental is a must. The property felt very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing week! Thanks to Jose for hosting our first visit to PR. The condo, pool and beach were all as advertised and a great experience for my family.

I was annoyed by the check in process. Security gave me a hard time getting in because they had no knowledge of me coming. Then I struggled to get the lock box open to access the keys. After we were finally able to get in we were able to admire how beautiful the place was. It looked even better than the pics. My kids and I loved the pool and park. The neighbors were nice. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, enjoy the amenities, and plenty of beach towels. The place was extremely clean, and quiet. The only issues I had were the location is far from the mall, airport, and San Juan, and Félix takes extremely long to reply. I'd definitely suggest getting a rental car.

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

What a beautiful stay! Just a step away from the pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The complex was well kept and peaceful. A short drive away from restaurants and the grocery store. The house had everything you needed for both adults and my kids (1 and 4 years old). Tons of games, beach stuff, and towels. Vincent was so kind and responsive. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Loíza. It felt like we were a local family, relaxing on the beach and taking advantage of the pool. The beach chairs and other amenities were very convenient and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
