Dreamholiday house for 20 + people

Beautiful detached house (approx. 220 sqm Wfl.) located at the victory. There are plenty of sleeping facilities as well as bathrooms, parking, balcony and a large garden . There is also a hot tub to relax in. Wi-Fi is also available. The house is very rural, but you can reach the train station in a few minutes and so you can also travel to larger cities or to the nearest one to shop. The house offers enough space for several people or families. Non-smoking house!

Design chalet with lake view, sauna, fireplace & pool

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

The comfortable 108 m² ground floor apartment (barrier-free) impresses with its rural outskirts location with short distances to the baroque city of Fulda & the nearby Rhön. Our cozy holiday apartment has everything you need to feel good. It is suitable for 2 adults (+ child/baby). Our LINEN SET: Bed linens, bath towel, hand towel are provided provided by us from THREE overnight stays. For 1-2 overnight stays, PLEASE bring your own. On request, this can be booked for an extra charge. The Zwergenstübchen is a non-smoking apartment. Thanks for your attention. :-) Your bikes can be parked in our garage on request.

Alte Färberei Runkel (up to 30 guests)

The Alte Färberei in Runkel is a self-catering guest house. It is rented to only one group at a time. Up to 30 people can stay in the house, 16 in beds and 14 in the mattress dormitory (mattresses available). The Alte Färberei is perfectly suited for family and friend gatherings as well as for seminars and corporate events, with a minimum of two nights.
