Cosy Appartement in Eltville with garden

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

The historic winery was built in 1864 and has been under renovation of buildings for several years. Since 2018 it has been called "Grünwalder Hof". At the same time, we are gradually rebuilding the viticulture that has been withdrawn from previous owners. In the meantime, the entire water, electrical and gas supply has also been completely renewed and a low-temperature condensing boiler has been installed. Aldi and Rewe are about 170 and 260 meters away, respectively.

In a private atmosphere, they enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and experience the luxury of a personal whirlpool and sauna in the adjacent area to a park-like garden. Just 10 minutes from the A5, you can make a wellness stop with us when passing through! Nearby you will find many beautiful excursion opportunities as well as good gastronomic facilities. Perfect if you want to escape the city life. Whether cold or warm season, this area invites you to relax.

Guest suite "Landpartie" in the countryside

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and a cat, Roman and I live in the old sandstone house with a beautiful garden and rent our adjoining apartment overlooking the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our interior style sometimes shows😉 - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! Our former stonemason farm, which is over 280 years old, offers plenty of surprises. On the way to your accommodation, you will cross a vineyard-covered courtyard. You will stay in our quiet guest apartment. From the bedroom you can look at the famous Wachtenburg. For wine lovers, Wachenheim is a must. The property is particularly suitable for short and active vacations. Bikes are welcome to bring along and safely stored in our yard.

Comfortable apartment with shower, toilet and private entrance in Aschaffenburg-West - in calm environment close to the river. The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.

We are looking forward to seeing you and offer a small but very nice apartment with double bed, bathroom and seating (size about 30 sqm). Your view goes into our quiet garden with a nice seat in front of the apartment. The city center of Mainz and also Wiesbaden and Frankfurt are easily accessible. Quick access to the motorway and public transport. Separate entrance, TV and Wi-Fi are of course available.
