On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. You can also book our "Waldhaus mit Traumblick" on the Teufelsberg and our "Grünes Feriendomizil" in Landau/Pfalz on this portal.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

Ideal for hiking, cycling, and relaxing - and if you want to learn about organic wine and horticulture, you are welcome. It is only 20 kilometers to France and in the surroundings many old castles invite you to discover, we gladly help with the planning.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
