absolutely amazing! from the first image I saw i knew this was the place I wanted to spend a night as a space away from home for a work event. I really cannot put into words just how amazing the space is. Elaine was extremely responsive, down to earth and we're already planning return visits. outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The flat was in a quiet location. The rooms were as the photo,s on show. We found it very comfortable, also suitable for 2 couples. Everthing was there that you needed. We would certainly come and stay with Jon if we were to come back to York.

Immaculately presented little hideaway just outside the centre within easy walk for food and drinks. The place is exceptionally homely, spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Free parking is less than a minute walk away. Jim is an exceptional host and highly communicative. Will return and would highly recommended.

Really lovely house, perfect for a weekend city break. Nice to have such a huge garden and all rooms were really comfortable and clean. easy to find and great to be able to get into town so quickly and easily. Suburban area and very quiet and safe.
