It is a 3-minute bus ride and frequents every 15 minutes in the winter. Free covered parking is included on a first-come basis. All new kitchen appliances installed in February 2024! Note: There's no A/C in the unit, but there is an evaporative cooler to help keep the unit cool in summer.

We had a fantastic stay! It was so cozy. Our entire stay was seamless from communication, instructions on how to get in to the space being super clean & private. Waking up to those view was a bonus. We'll definitely be coming back for a a stay when we're in the area again!

Perfect location for a ski trip, the bus to winter park was easily walkable, as were bars and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable, just a little tough with 8 adults since the bunk room is so small. But we would stay here again just for the location.

Pros: Overall, this place was very nice to stay at. The amenities were great and we felt at home. The electronic fireplace was a nice luxury though it is a little difficult to use at first. The hot tub is very spacious and fits about 10-15+. Restaurants are within walking distance and the bus lift to Winter Park is about a 5 to 6 minute walk from the Airbnb (on the side of McDonald’s) was best pickup for us. Con: The parking spot was very scary for us to park in so we parked outside mostly.

Great stay! Drive up definitely requires the use of a 4WD car, but once you make it there, it’s very beautiful and peaceful. Encountered mule deer and a fox on the property! Hot tub was also great.
