The apartment is on the outskirts of Vienna in the old village of Ober. St. Veit. You can go for a walk or run in the Lainzer Tiergarten, go mountain biking in the Wienerwald or eat ice cream in front of the church in Ober St. Veit. Still, you can quickly get to the center, the next subway and S-Bahn station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. To Schönbrunn it takes 15 minutes - on foot it's a wonderful walk through the Hietzinger villa district, although it takes a little longer.

You will live in a newly built apartment near Schönbrunn. Through the anteroom you enter the storage room with a wardrobe and the living room with a sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower and toilet as well as a washing machine with dryer. In the bedroom there is a king size double bed and an exit to a balcony. In the complex there is a communal garden with a sandbox. The center can be reached in 25 minutes.Schönbrunn in 10 minutes.
