Comfy, firm, double-sized bed with amenities to enjoy, along with a desk to use... plus high-speed wifi and Chromecast-enabled TV (for streaming your own Netflix, YouTube, etc, from your phone). Pet-free/allergy-free. Late-night check-in and early bag drop-off allowed (contact me, to coordinate). I live here too, so only the front door has video. Stay in our lovely private bedroom with king bed and attached bath. Area includes your own private living area with couch, love seat, TV and bar with microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. Private entrance. Close to Denver, biking, hiking, camping and more! Note - there is NO DOOR at the top of the basement stairs. We have installed a curtain to add some privacy but you WILL hear noise as we live in the house. If this is a problem please do not reserve with us.

The pictures posted are the recently remodeled master ensuite with 2 closets. This room is the biggest room in the house. There are two side lamps, a queen size bed, a recliner, a big mirror, a desk, a chair and a large ottoman. All appliances are new. Please read the house rules. Kitchen and laundry available for use. Min 28 nights stay required due to HOA policy. There is 5% discount for monthly stay I recommend book via airbnb

Ava lives in the basement, and the main floor is available for use by her guests (up to four). Cabinets are reserved per-guest, so you'll always have your own space. The master suite I stayed in was great. Huge bedroom, private bathroom with a large tub and shower with seat, as well as two walk-in closets. Ava was always available to assist with any issues, and her dogs are really cute. I would definitely recommend this house and host if you are looking for somewhere close to the Denver Tech Center or southern suburbs!”
