The true heart of the house lies outdoors—our generous garden and inviting pool overlooking the paddy fields offer plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy time together. Nestled in lush Mihiripenna, Serendipity House is just minutes from beautiful Thalpe and Unawatuna beaches.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
