Perfect for a couple in the master bedroom and the newly revamped second bedroom has twin single beds for 2 children or 2 single adults. This 18th Century Dutch merchant's house is stylishly presented and with many of the original architectural features restored, Asian antiques and the owners passion for turquoise. The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.

Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Bike hire available on request – perfect for exploring local cafés, beach bars, and coastal charm.

Villa River Stone By Poseidon

River Stone By Poseidon is located conveniently in Hikkaduwa, 701 m from Hikkaduwa Beach and 1.1 mi from Narigama beach. This villa has a private pool, garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Built in 1926 it has been carefully restored in 2019 and boasts beautiful original features and antiques. The pool is 4 ½ feet deep throughout with jacuzzi jet seating at one end and stair entry.
