Our charming 1-Zi-Whg is perfect for commuters, self-employed/service providers, transient travelers or people who want to switch off for a few days. There is a bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) for up to 2 people as well as the possibility to add a mattress for a 3rd person. The apartment is 5 min. from the A81. Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes, to Stgt Stadtmitte it is 30 minutes (up to 50 minutes during rush hour).

It is located within walking distance of the train station, but you can get to the beautiful fields even faster. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our terrace in front of the house can also be used. The place is probably best suited for an individual, but two people who like each other will also find space here :)
