We are local farmers who have had to move to our property out of town and decided Wendouree was too nice to not share. Of course we are biased, but we believe you will relax and enjoy our space as much as we do.

Shearer's Huts

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with wide open spaces and expansive views. The original Shearer's huts built in 1948 has been renovated into a modern space with the rustic charm of the original building. We are pet friendly, however we are a working farm and ask that you are responsible for your pets while staying. We are a 10 minute drive to Harden and a 20 minute drive to Jugiong.

Our Very Comfortable Granny Flat is at the back of our main limestone fronted house. It is very private, has a enclosed courtyard and is walking distance to restaurants and cafes in Yass town. We are really just over the road from the Yass River and there are plenty of picturesque walking paths along the river. There are also other facilities close by including a dog park, swimming pool children's playground.
