Would be very happy to stay again and would recommend, very well kept , clean with perfect location near to the Center but in quiet location, parking a big plus ! Communication good with easy check in and check out .

The apartment was great. Good location and amazing view. All shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. It has a private garage under the building which was great. Clean and large space with modern design. The host, Arli was always helpful and flexible and responded in minutes. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay in Srande! The location is absolutely perfect—right at the beginning of the Promenada, which made it so easy to enjoy walks, cafes, and the beautiful surroundings. The place was as described, great view, cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. A special thanks to the host, Khris, who was incredibly responsive and helpful—he replied to any questions within minutes! I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Stayed in this air b&b with 3 of my friends for a week in late May and it was perfect. Location was amazing, many beautiful beaches within 10 minutes walking distance. Several local shops to buy all necessary groceries. Many lovely restaurants to choose from all nearby. The apartment was exactly as listed, great kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms and a comfy sofa bed. Great air con! Lediana was such a lovely host and made sure we had everything we needed for our great stay, we hope to be back! Thank you!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, das Bett bequem und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Host hat schnell auf die Nachrichten reagiert und war sehr nett. Der Strand was in der Nähe war war ok, schön und ruhig aber eignete sich nicht so gut zum Baden und die Hauptpromenade war relativ weit weg aber dafür ist die Lage ruhig. Alles in allem super Unterkunft!

Les instructions claires permettent de le trouver facilement. de plus, il est situé idéalement pour qui veut venir ou partir en ferry. la plage, des restaurants, les animations sont à 3 minutes à pied.... Appartement très bien situé avec vue sur mer. À quelques minutes de marche des épicerie et du boardwalk avec plein de restaurant en bord de mer! Appartement de bonne taille avec tout ce qu’il faut!

Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen wenn ich in Albanien bin ! Kristina war super hilfsbereit und hat äußerst schnell auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend ! Ihre Eltern wohnten oben drüber und auch diese haben den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht ! Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Alle waren super hilfsbereit die Fotos sind unvorteilhaft geschossen weil das Zimmer war viel schöner als auf den Bildern und der Balkon mit der Aussicht ein Traum Ich danke dem ganzen Team auch das ihr was zum Parken organisiert habt Macht weiter so❤️

Die Wohnung von Kostas ist absolut top. Moderne Ausstattung, ruhig (3. Reihe) und hat eine sehr gute Lage unweit der Promenade mit Stadtstrand im Zentrum. Einzig die Parksituation in der Straße (Sackgasse) könnte in der Hochsaison schwierig sein. Kostas ist ein sehr zugewandter Vermieter und sehr aufmerksam. Seine Eltern leben vor Ort und unterstützen im Bedarfsfall. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wie zuhause gefühlt und können diese uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s easily one of the finest accommodations in town and made my stay incredibly comfortable and memorable.

Great location for beach side, and somewhat of a nightlife. The views are extraordinary day and night. If you have difficulty with stairs you might want to ask for the guide video. Parking difficult as advertised. Ice cold Ac and great shower. Thank you for a great stay!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Unterstützung durch die Gastgeberin war großartig, sie gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Reise. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab viele Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar waren. Auch am Meer war man recht schnell zu Fuß. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Eine absolute Traumwohnung! Wunderschön, sehr geräumig und mit einem traumhaften Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, ein bequemes großes Bett und ein gemütliches Sofa – alles top! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Gastgeber Dimitris, der unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar war. Die Wohnung wurde alle drei Tage gereinigt, inklusive frischer Handtücher – ein Service, mit dem wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden, was in der Gegend nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und traumhafte Buchten. Fünf Sterne sind fast zu wenig! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!

Отличная квартира с прекрасным видом на море, единственная проблема была в расположении, строго проблема города!!! Чистая опрятная квартира, все сто нужно есть+ парковка что не мало важно в этом городе!!! Хозяин отличный, человек с большой буквой Рекомендую если не боитесь долгих прогулок по улице

Our stay in Sarandë was absolutely perfect! The apartment is located in a stunning spot — just steps away from the sea, with breathtaking views and everything within easy reach. The place was sparkling clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was truly wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Artin and his family were lovely hosts. There is plenty of privacy while it was also reassuring that his family was close by if needed. Artin brought us some delicious ripe figs our first morning there. A great place.

Awesome. All is new, clean and beautiful. The beach is just ten steps away:) The water is cristal clear. We felt welcomed. Lerti and her family were very kind to us and all people there were very nice and helpful. Overall, excellent experience. We will defintely visit again

Die Unterkunft war super, mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool war auch super. In der Gegend hat man gleich ein Supermarkt der nur 3 min zufuss erreichbar ist. Der Strand ist ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, wo auch Bars und Restaurants sind. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank
