Spent a beautiful weekend at this cottage. The property is beautiful. Lovely to hear the birds and view the gardens. It rained most of our trip but we didn’t mind because it was so restorative to hunker down and relax here. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bedding. Close to Brattleboro and easy access to hiking/farms etc. Kathleen was the perfect amount available. We’re sorry we didn’t get to meet you in person!

5 out of 5 stars. Used this as an opportunity to get away with my pregnant wife, and we were not disappointed. In fact, we wished that we had booked at least another night or two! The pictures for the listing were great, but we felt the cabin looked even better in person. It was clean, homey, and had everything you needed for a usable kitchen. Lasse’s detailed amenities listing and clear directions in the cabin (like how to properly use the hot tub) far exceeded our expectations. I don’t have one negative thing to say. We are already planning to book for next summer!

Our stay in the Airstream was amazing! The cabin is beautifully done-up, with lots of thoughtful details like fresh milk and eggs from the farm. The hottub made our nights extra-relaxing, and having the farm to walk around and meet all the animals was such a nice way to spend a morning. Bring eyemasks though - the curtains are quite sheer!

A beautiful peaceful getaway. Out in the middle of no where is a romantic home with a hot tub and pool table. The house was clean and came with basic amenities. The home was a comfortable temperature. The darts board was definitely fun. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The view from the balcony off the master suite was beautiful. A nice place to sip coffee in the morning with the person you love. There’s an adorable little grocery shop less than 10 minutes away. The property is very well maintained. Patrick was a great host, thank you.

This is a fantastic place. Absolutely beautiful but still only a short drive from restaurants and other things to do. We would certainly like to go back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a peaceful weekend away and it was soo worth it. The home is so clean and updated and it was so nice. The bath towels were thick and smelled amazing! It really is the little details that made this place stand out to me. And the creek running in the back is so serene. I would absolutely stay here again. It rained most of our stay but we were so warm and cozy inside. I would love to come back during a sunny weekend to explore more of the outdoors, because the Catskills mountains are so amazing.

We had the most amazing time at Ed's cabin! Our group was looking for a peaceful getaway, and this place delivered. Nestled in the woods with a beautiful view, the cabin was the perfect escape. It had everything we needed: firewood and supplies for a cozy fire, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, hot tub, and more. The outdoor space was just as impressive, with a huge garden and plenty to explore. Ed was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this cabin, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time on the property. That said, it's still close enough to the Catskills' main hiking spots. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

A great spot, only a short drive from downtown Brattleboro. The host was friendly and responsive. It’s a lovely cabin and the surrounding nature is very peaceful. It’s a cozy, quiet spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali and Carson’s cabin! They were incredibly helpful and welcoming hosts. The Mountain View from the cabin is absolutely stunning, even with the rainy weather, it was breathtaking. We also enjoyed exploring the charming nearby towns, and our two dogs had a great time as well. Despite the rain, we loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back when the weather is better. Highly recommend!

Such a cute spot! We only spent one night but could have spent many more. The home itself is adorable and had lots of thoughtful touches. The beds were super comfy! They had some board games we ended up playing late into the night. Highly recommended!

The guesthouse was so dreamy! We had a wonderful stay, the hosts were super friendly, and we loved meeting their sweet dogs. The house was close to great restaurants and shops in Hudson, Kinderhook, and Ghent, as well as hiking trails. The lovely trail on the property was a great bonus, one we took advantage of 4 times throughout the weekend :). Would definitely visit again!

Lovely cabin, with great hiking opportunities nearby. Brandon is super responsive and helpful. Had a great time, even if one day it rained all day!

This is a wonderful and unique getaway in the woods that we've gone to multiple times now! We highly recommend it and Jason is a phenomenal host!!

I loved this place. It was very large. Larger than it appeared in the photos. And the yard was huge! The dogs loved running around it. The neighbors were close enough to see that there was a house nearby, but far enough to not really see any people. And I heard no one, just an occasional dog bark. It was a beautiful location. Trees and hills and beautiful grass. The wood burning insert was fabulous. We had cozy evenings watching tv or a movie. Plenty of plates and cookware. I made dinner most nights. It is also close to so much! I really loved it! Hikes and shopping. Don’t miss the Farmers Market. Highly recommend

Place was fantastic and we felt right at home. The screened in porch and working furnace are two of the best features we’ve seen. Everything is a short drive away or if you’re feeling like a home cooked meal, the kitchen has everything you would need for the home chef. Would definitely recommend coming here and will be back in the future.

What a treat to stay at McCaela's magical, cozy, home! Everything – from the surroundings, to the furnishings, to the amenities – were just perfect. Entry into the house was no problem, and inside we found a delightfully thoughtful and intentional home that was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Just as key, the bed in the primary bedroom was supremely comfortable! We had no reason to ask any questions, and we had no issues at all; still, McCaela reached out to make sure we were settled and to see if we needed anything. We SO appreciated her generosity, kindness, and insight into (and commitment to) the local community. It's clear that a great deal of thought and care has gone into this house, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect – off the beaten path and extremely private, yet close to everything we wanted in the Berkshires. I highly recommend staying here, ideally for longer than the two nights we did. We can't wait to return!

Really enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for our family to stay all in one place. Darin responded in a timely manner and was very helpful. Pool table was a great addition! Loved the location, it was beautiful & peaceful. We were disappointed we didn't see any bears :0) LOL

Joel's place was impeccably clean and free of clutter. The shower pressure was excellent. The kitchen had everything you need ro cook, and it was a treat to have milk, eggs, english muffins and coffee available for breakfast as well as tea which you can enjoy sitting out on the porch. It is a short drive to Brattleboro and the surrounding area is exquisitely beautiful.

Beautiful little cabin, peacefully in the woods. Great, friendly, and responsive hosts. Perfect location to relax, walk around, find closeby hikes and hidden gems, including some great breakfast spots. 10/10 would recommend.

Natalia was incredibly accommodating when our graduation plans changed at Bennington and we had to stay a few more hours. She could not have been nicer!

This is, hands down, the best place I’ve stayed since I’ve been traveling to NY. Brian is a great host and the property is amazing. Dig the off grid location and setup. Tranquility and peace is what you seek? This is it.

We LOVED our family’s stay at Mike’s place—well equipped for young kids, every amenity you could need, and the most spectacular location in the middle of the woods. The area is gorgeous and secluded—but also an easy drive to Great Barrington and its lively Main Street.

What a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary! The cabin was very homey, private and peaceful. We enjoyed the delicious coffee provided while sitting on the screen porch enjoying a spectacular view of the Berkshires. Watching the sunrise without having to get out of bed was a bonus! The cabin had everything we could have needed: kitchen items, bathroom supplies, brochures of places to visit and even a wonderful little shop to go out for breakfast and lunch less than 5 minutes away. We will definitely be returning.
