Incredible Loft in the best area of La Condesa. Opposite Parque España and steps away from Parque México. A strategic location in Mexico City for walking and eating delicious food. The apartment is bright and very cozy. It has two balconies, a comfortable living room and a dining room for 4, a bar with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a large TV to watch your series and movies. New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. We are located in the heart of Mexico City's Historic Center, just 2 blocks from the Cathedral and the Zócalo. Located in a 100-year-old condominium listed for its architectural value. High ceilings, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Unique atmosphere with lots of character, just a few blocks from downtown and the city’s main avenues, Reforma and Insurgentes.
