Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Historic District, St. Augustine

We had a wonderful stay. Place was immaculate, easy to access, quiet, and Kimberly was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, very clean, decor well curated. A beautiful place to stay. It was also in a very convenient location for the activities we were taking part in. I will stay here again the next time I come to Anastasia Island.

Visited St Augustine to celebrate my hubby’s 60th birthday, with a group of our closest friends. The house was just perfect in size/space and felt really homey. The beds were super comfortable. Great location for walking to the historic district. We go to St Augustine a couple of times a year and will definitely be staying again.

This was a PERFECT place to stay for the weekend! We were able to walk or take a quick Uber anywhere we wanted to go. There was so much to see and do and explore. When we wanted to relax the pool, video games (I won!) and especially the rocking chairs in the front porch gave us room to spread out and relax. This is an amazing place and absolutely perfect down to the last detail.

The place was awesome! Close to the beach and downtown . Right next door to the actual Fountain of Youth, So you can’t get better than that.

Great location - quick walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and all the tourist spots. We would definitely stay there again!

Rachel was quick to respond. Very flexible, and super considerate of letting us check in early and out a bit late to fit our schedule. The house was very clean and had extra of everything we needed. Lots within walking distance to not have to pay for or look for parking. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We stayed in Victoria‘s home for a long weekend in St. Augustine. Victoria was a very responsive host and proactive in her communication. We appreciated all the different recommendations of places to go and how cozy the home was. We would definitely recommend!

This has been one of favorite weekend getaway trips! I cannot express how perfect this location is for exploring downtown St.Augustine. We were within a 20 minute walk of everything we wanted to do, most things closer to a 5-10 minute walk. If we come back to St.Augustine we will definitely be staying here.

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was a bit sparse but exactly what we needed to make some meals at home. The pool was great and the grill super useful. Great all around and close enough to everything!

They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. Honestly this was probably one of the best places to stay in the historic district. Its the perfect location with everything to do within walking distance. Its clean and well kept also. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. This is gonna be my go to place to stay when i visit.

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's place! The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the downtown St. Augustine and nearby beach. We really appreciated the host's quick communication, helpful tips and for the letting us use the beach gear we needed while at the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was amazing. The pools were very clean and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and kind. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all! I loved the security features and felt safe with my daughters. I would recommend this condo to friends, and would stay here again.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

We loved staying at the Salty Suite! Amber was very responsive and gave clear instructions. She allowed us to check-in early, so we could enjoy an extra day on the beach! The place is beautiful and very peaceful! You park directly out front of the building which is very convenient. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you could need. It’s just a short walk to the beach and there are two swimming pools and tennis courts!

We were so happy with this apartment! I stayed with my 17 year old daughter who enjoyed her pullout sofa in its separate space from the master bedroom. The space was exactly what we needed and everything worked and was clean. Charming decor, bright and airy, just a lovely apartment. The king bed was comfy and I slept well. There was some noise from the top floor unit but nothing that bothered me and I sleep with white noise anyway. I appreciated lots of hooks for hanging things. The location just can’t be beat. We have stayed at a number of Airbnb homes in St Augustine and have never been so close to the historic district. Being able to park in a designated spot and walk to everything made such a difference. The Lightner Museum is right across the road and I loved sitting in the balcony with a cool drink and taking in the beautiful architecture all around. The horse drawn carriages pass by regularly, and the trolley. Trolley stops right across the street.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Debbie and the co-hosts were great. We requested a pack and play plus an early check in since our ETA was earlier than we expected and with kids it’s just so easy. Place was beautiful and comfortable. Great location; you have lots of restaurants around plus a really nice walk to historic downtown. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and safe I would say. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you Debbie! We def loved and enjoyed our stay.

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.
