House holiday rentals in Historic District, Wilmington

We come to wrightsville beach several times per year and we will be back to this home. It had a great layout got a large family. We came with our 2 sons and our 4 grand children and never felt cramped. It's a home we will frequent while in wrightsville.

10/10 experience. Host was very accommodating, professional, and very personable. We enjoyed our stay and would 110% recommend to anyone!!! Will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay and our toddler enjoyed being in the pool. Great outdoor locations and amenities. Friendly and helpful host. Looking forward to stay in future.

Darlene was a fantastic host! She communicated quickly when I had any questions. Her house was probably one of the best stocked AirBnBs that we've stayed at. The pool was so private, I knew we had neighbors, but could not see them. The house was perfect for our family! We loved Carolina Beach!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming she made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Although there are a couple small areas that can be improved, I still give it a 5-star review! The location is excellent: the place is located in historic area in Downtown Wilmington, waking distance ( within 10 minutes) to a lots good restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk! We enjoyed the downtown vibe by just walking within few minutes, and also enjoyed the quiet time during the night! Perfect location! The place is newly and very well renovated, very clean and comfortable! So comfortable, we did not even went to go out sometimes! Even though it’s street parking, parking has never been an issue during our 2 weeks staying! We could be able to park right in front of the place every time! The host - Sabeer Christian provided outstanding customer service! Very very appreciative the help we received! We are very satisfied during our staying here, will definitely come back again!

Everything went smoothly from the check in to check out process. Close to downtown just like we needed!

The place is very clean and as described. Amenities are good and supplies are orderly. Communication was clear and timely. Location is walkable to many things downtown and a great sandwich shop around the corner. Overall a very good experience. Only nitpick is that the front bedroom is not very private as it opens directly onto the living room. It wasn’t a problem for our group but FYI.

Shellreef’s place was perfect for my family of 4. His place was extremely clean and the communication was top notch. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a great stay near River Walk. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Check in was very simple, good communication our entire stay. We relied on the host guide for food recommendations, and had two amazing meals at places we had not been to before. When we asked about alternate beaches, they responded immediately with suggestions, kept in touch with us the entire trip. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to all things Riverfront. We enjoyed being in the historic area, were able to appreciate mansions, and local pubs. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is amazing. We loved the front porch living and easy walk to downtown.

One of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect… close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The space was modern, spotless, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. Our family really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Parking is more difficult than stated and there is an outdoor video monitoring system.

Great stay. The houseboat was beautiful, pristine and easy to get to and from parking. The balcony was peaceful and all the amenities were there as advertised. Highly recommend staying here. The staff was responsive, easy to reach and friendly! 5/5 stars

I normally stay with family when visiting Wilmington, but this time we had a big group & this worked perfectly for us! The beds were comfy, bathrooms & kitchen were squeaky clean, & there was plenty of space for everyone. It was literally a 10 minute walk to the riverwalk/downtown. I also love the historical plaque on the home, as a big history lover, I really enjoy Wilmington in general! Overall, I would definitely recommend!!

Our family enjoyed a relaxing stay at Dean’s Wilmington Staycation. Dean is an excellent communicator and was extremely responsive from the moment that we booked the reservation. The home is exactly as the photos and our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) thoroughly enjoyed the home w/ added amenities such as record player, board games, and chairs for our beach trip. We would definitely recommend this rental for a work or leisure trip.

This was a lovely, lovely place to stay. From The bright colors of the exterior, with a welcoming porch swing and bold stripe chairs, to the simple, fresh, clean lines inside, this was the perfect home for my husband and me. Walking through this tree-lined historic district to church, to restaurants, to the water was a treat for the eyes and the heart. Monica was warm, welcoming, accessible and accommodating. Communication was easy, efficient and any need that arose, Monica graciously met that in the moment. We now consider her a friend and would recommend 409 Nun Street to anyone.

Great location, close to downtown! We walked everyday and night to all our eating spots and shopping! We felt very safe walking! Inside was very cozy. Couch was super comfy as early mornings I would read my book. Driveway held 3 cars for us. Place was clean and had all we needed for 6 days! Places to eat- DramYard, Quanto Basta, Tequila's. Lots of good bars too if you are in to hopping around. Hidden Grounds is a great coffee spot in the morning too! I recommend this place as a great weekend getaway, concert goers, or even a week stay! You cannot go wrong!
