Enjoy waterfront views and relax in this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Water views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing in the yard, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. We’re pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companions along. Dogs are welcome for $25 per night, per dog, with the pet fee paid separately the morning of check-in. They’ll love the fenced-in backyard and the walkable, sidewalk-lined streets!

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise.
