Located next to cafes and some of Milwaukee's best restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Summerfest grounds. We are minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, bike trails and the pedal taverns are just a block away from the house. Included are 3 off street parking spaces directly across from unit. We’ve just added a new hot tub!

This is a top of the line one bedroom 1000+ sq foot condo in the heart of the Artistic and Posh Third Ward. There are only 31 units in the Atelier building. The space is immaculate and decorated with high end furnishings. This place is perfect for solo business executive in town for a short few weeks (or months) or up to a family of 4 to 6 that wants to experience all of what downtown offers. This building is next to local restaurants, The Hop Street Car, and the Public Market.

Great rental in an awesome location. The unit has everything you might need for a quick stay, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Parking was convenient and the place is walkable to great restaurants and bars. The rental is quiet with a good view. I hope to visit again soon!

We had a great stay! The apartment was perfect. It was easy to find and having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus. My daughter slept on the Murphy bed and she said it was comfortable! Absolutely would stay here again.

Great accommodations! The apartment is so cool, well styled, modern, great light. I loved the vibe, slept well, and hated to leave. Tall ceilings, great temperature control, excellent kitchen with all you need for basic cooking, perfect shower, huge bed. I’m picky when it comes to rating airbnbs so I’m telling you this one is 5 star and I hope it’s available next trip to Milwaukee. Walkers Point is also loaded with coffee shops and neighborhood cafes, etc. third Ward is a 5-6 minute walk.

We had an excellent time staying at the loft! It beautiful and spacious. Jori is lovely and literally stood in a parking spot to save it for me. The train tracks nearby were very noisy, just something to be aware of. Overall, would stay again!

Several reviews about the walls were helpful but no one in the building was making much noise. I could hear neighbors, but they were all respectful. I wanted to hear the train more. I could NOT hear the train passing by, and I love the sound of a train. I loved the place. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely loved the location, there were so many things near by that we enjoyed walking everywhere and enjoyed the proximity to the lake to get even more stunning views. The location was perfect for great food, entertainment and relaxation. This great location really won us over on Milwaukee as a whole as a place we’ll want to visit and stay at again!
