Beautifully decorated home. I love how much thought went into the bedrooms and bathrooms. It felt just like home as soon as you walk in the door. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and its close to transportation to get into NYC. We lived our stay!

Dan's house was a perfect place for our family of 11 to stay as we celebrated our mom's/nana's/grandnan's life. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the dining table was big enough to seat us all, and the kids loved the smart refrigerator with its tv and picking violet bouquets in the backyard!

We were there to celebrate family bdays and a graduate. All of our adult kids and a couple spouses were there. Loved the neighborhood, the deer and looking at houses. Beds were super comfy, sheets and towels were lovely. So much space. Even with 10 of us, easy to find quiet spaces. Kitchen is awesome, every dish and glass you would ever need. Spent time in the yard and on the deck. We all LOVED the space.

Very comfortable stay

My family enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s place. The house was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Tanya’s recommendations were helpful, and there was plenty to do in Harlem, including shopping, restaurants and a comedy club. However, we spent most of our time in downtown Manhattan, which was an easy train ride away. Great NY vacay!

Amazing place! I would not hesitate to book with Alex again in the future, my whole group really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing, right next to the light rail which easily takes you into NYC, which was the goal for our group. We had a very minor problem, we were short 1 bath towel, which was likely just an issue with the cleaning service company. Alex communicated with us promptly and resolved it, great host!

Nine of us enjoyed a fantastic stay. With the two separate floors, our younger generation had the space & privacy to come & go without any disturbances to us older folks on the first floor. The beds allowed for refreshing sleep & everyone had the privacy they needed. The community spaces are perfectly set up & centrally located. Travel to and from Newark airport was very convenient &, for us, the location was an equal distance to the parties we attended over the weekend. Without hesitation, I recommend this home. It exceeded our expectations & allowed for multiple generations to stay together & connect easily while also maintaining space. The hosts are also fantastic!! They were always available & responded quickly. Very kind, helpful & understanding when I had requests. Lastly, the home is a great value and worth every penny!!

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely stay! Paid extra for parking and it was very much worth it. Plenty of shopping and food in walking distance, less than 5 minutes from bus stop to NYC, and just a 15 minute drive from the ferry. You should have breakfast at Laisha’s if you can it was so good. Did not run into many neighbors but everyone was friendly or neutral. Deysi was also super patient with my friend and I struggling with the Airbnb app. Would stay again. 😊

Courtney was amazing! He gave us the space to make the trip our own and was always there to help. The place was beautiful and large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 6. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for making my birthday a memorable one!

One of my favorite rentals ever! It was perfect for our group of 12 and we absolutely loved our time. Having parking was amazing and not a bad drive into the city! Great host and home is located in a private, quiet, and walkable area.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Peretz’s house! There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. It was a great house to be staying in for MDW celebrating Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour. Peretz is friendly, and responsive. Great location and space for parking. We didn’t end up using the jacuzzi, although we wanted to. We were too busy enjoying our time inside the house. The upscale coffee maker was amazing! Linen, towels, kitchen and bathrooms were clean! We would stay again for sure!

We stayed at Lukman’s house for 8 weeks while our house was being renovated. Lukman was proactive with instructions and the place was very clean upon arrival. The house more than met our needs.

A great location! Right by a park, restaurants, and stores. Martin is a great communicator. The home was amazing and had all the amenities.
