We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

Das Haus wurde 2023 komplett saniert und energetisch modernisiert. Wir haben auf eine hochwertige Einrichtung mit Möbeln aus Massivholz geachtet und großen Wert auf jedes Detail gelegt.
