Access to tennis court (free) on the premises, as well as a heated (28 degrees) pool. 10min walk to the sea and golf course about 20 min along the sea to reach the village of Torekov with restaurants, shops, bars. 12 min drive to Båstad. Guests need to bring bed linen, towels and do the exit cleaning before departure. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

As central as you can get! Fresh one-story house on a corner plot in the middle of the village. Stone-built, private courtyard in the southwest. Residence with living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom Separate sleeping cabin/guest room. Please note that cleaning is not included and that you as a guest are responsible for leaving the house in the same condition as when you moved in. Sheets and towels are usually not included but can be arranged by agreement.

The townhouse has an extra guest room that is accessed via the balcony with space for 2 beds + 1 bunk bed. This is best used in summer. The house is in a quiet area with parking at the house. Bus stop, shop, beach are 5 minutes' walk from the residence. The drive to the golf course takes about 8 minutes. Helpful and nice neighbors.
