A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The open living room offers a corner for reading, a kitchen-living room, a fireplace and of course a dining table. The sleeping gallery with a double bed can be reached via a staircase. The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a bathtub. The house is in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

Our almost 30 m² apartment is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the forest in Lorch Waldhausen. The rooms are partly completely renovated (April 2025) see pictures. Parking is available for free on the side of the road. Ideal connection also by public transport, e.g. (VVS) Stuttgart, Schorndorf or also to Schwäbisch Gmünd in half an hour. The region is also recommended for hiking or cycling, among other things. The geographic center is located in the village.
