A beachfront studio unit sleeping 5 on the same large rural beachfront property as Penguins Retreat and Whitebait Cottage. The sleeping area of the large unit is divided into two so that the queen bed and the second area with another queen bed and single bed have visual privacy but the wall does not go to the ceiling We do not live on the property so this place suits independent travellers who have a car, wanting to spend time on a west coast beach. Only 3 minutes drive to Hokitika township.

The Church House
This older style 3- bedroom home doesnt get any closer to Hokitika township. Located right in the CBD, it is a couple hundred metres from every amenity you need....the beach, restaurants, New World, shops etc etc. It has a large private backyard, with seating, fireplace and BBQ area. Please note: this house DOES NOT have a table & chairs and dishwasher.
