If you have children (0+) it counts as an extra person. Note: no hot water in the kitchen - and there may be construction noise in the neighborhood from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

The apartment is rented with one bedroom with a 140x200 bed. For 3-4 guests, there is another room with a bed of the same size. There is a lovely, large, sunny balcony. The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor), so there are no upstairs neighbors. There is no elevator.

There's pretty much highway all the way.
