We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect peaceful escape for our family vacation. The house is incredibly well-stocked—clearly designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, both indoors and out. The outdoor space was a dream! We spent hours soaking in the hot tub, grilling dinners on the barbecue, and ending the night around the fire pit roasting marshmallows under the stars. It felt like our own private resort. And the wildlife show in the canal? Incredible! We had daily visits from dolphins, an alligator, and all kinds of birds—like nature’s live entertainment right in the backyard. We had planned to spend most of our time at Honeymoon Beach, but this home was so relaxing and fun that we barely wanted to leave. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We’re already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

It was a great location very close to the Tarpon Springs sponge docks. Lots of great restaurants and choices of things to do. The place was pristine and clean and comfortable. Maria was a great host. We hope to be back.

Gemini place was a real gem. Home was as described. Very roomy, very clean, decor top notch, very comfy and home like feel. Easy walking distance to Spring Bayou, Sponge Docks, shops and restaurants. Less than 50 years to a very spiritual moving shrine, St Michael’s. Very clean and safe neighborhood too. We absolutely loved the home and location.

This house was perfect. It is extremely clean, the pool area is safe and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes, and there are plenty of towels and linens. Kristina was always responsive to any questions I had which made for a really easy trip! The location is safe and the very central, but the house is private. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

We visited for my son's graduation. The house accommodated us very well. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The pool, grill, and fire pit was a plus.

My friends and I just stayed for a lovely 3 day weekend. The facilities are so well stocked, it had everything we needed! The area is beautiful and peaceful. We also got to learn how to use the boat lift to get our boat out to the gulf, and the manual had everything we needed to know. My friends were also very impressed. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and comfortable with a great pool, hot tub, and enormous bathtub. everything was clean. All the appliances were modern and clean, and the house left a few personal touches like a bottle of wine, you name on the welcome board, and a card welcoming you. I would stay again the next time I'm in the area.

We had such a great stay at Andrew and Nichole’s place!! They were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Just to give you an idea of how amazing they are- first off, we didn’t have a high chair, and they made sure to secure one before we arrived. Then our son accidentally knocked something over and it broke and instead of being upset he responded with so much kindness and insisted it was fine. The stay itself was amazing also, the pool was SO nice! It was 86 degrees, had plenty of floats, he has speakers you can use; plenty of things to keep the family entertained. Beds were very comfy, the included washer and dryer was a lifesaver for a family of 5 with a baby…. They provide just about anything you could need for a beach day also! I can’t say enough good things. Thank you so much Andrew and Nichole! We hope to visit again! 💕

Daniel and Katherine place was perfect for holding my husband, sons, and brother (for one of the nights). It’s spacious and comfortable. The linens were very nice. The screened in porch was lovely to sit on in the evening. We saw night herons, wood storks and white herons while there. To top it off, it’s close to Tarpon Springs and some great waterfront restaurants.

This was a great unit. It was really nice being right on the water. Loved how it was decorated. It has a Florida style yet very stylish. 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms was perfect for us. The host was great. Would book again.

Valerie was extremely kind and helpful! I am renovating my house after hurricane Helene destroyed it and was coming from another Airbnb because I couldn’t stay in my home. Valerie let me and my son check in very early, much earlier than I had thought she would allow me and she made the entire transition from one Airbnb to the next absolutely seamless. He always responded very quickly and wassuper amazing host. Highly recommend.

Freddie was quick to respond. Everything was just as stated. Even extended my stay an extra week. Would have stayed long if my schedule allowed.

Mike and Lisa were great hosts. The house was very clean and communication with them was very easy. When we arrived they were just a call away if we needed them for anything. This was a long term rental for us (2 months) as we moved from NY to FL. They worked with us on when are last day would be as we were purchasing a house. They made the experience for us very easy during a major transition on our lives. Thank you Mike and Lisa!!
