Enjoy with a big G. Cozy and pleasant cottage, in a picturesque alley where you can sit on the bench in the sun, within walking distance of the sea, harbor and center. The cottage was clean and smelled wonderfully fresh upon entering. Ample inventory. Good beds and pillows. Fine and smooth communication with a friendly host. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back🥰

A great little Airbnb gem, quietly located. Within just 20 minutes you are at the beautiful beaches of the area and we wished we had more time to explore the surroundings. The house itself is perfectly clean, very cozy and you can tell how much love the hosts put in. There are many attentions such as cookies, fresh eggs, flowers, high-quality soaps, etc. The fenced garden is also great - especially for us as dog owners but also for relaxing. There is nothing missing, even in the kitchen. The only remark - and this is not meant negatively - would be that the house is not so suitable for small children due to the many pretty, but fragile/wobbly decorative objects, the steep staircase, the missing bedroom blackout, the stream next door, etc. But only as a note for parents of very small children. For everyone else: book now! This accommodation is something very special.

It was great! The home was beautiful, quiet and fully furnished.The neighbors were friendly and helped us a lot.Especially Knauer, Ralf, who came proactively to help us set up a BBQ grill and finally we shared a fun dinner with him.It's all great!

We had a lovely and very relaxing stay in this super nice, individual bungalow. The kitchen is not only visually great, it is also well equipped. Despite the park, you have your privacy, the garden is completely overgrown and fenced. We will definitely be happy to come back, very clear 10 out of 10!

There were two of us with our dog and the 3 of us felt very comfortable. I (Stefanie) fell in love with the house right away. A place to unwind. Very homey and interesting! We were also lucky that the weather was very nice and could have breakfast on two of the three days in the garden by the water. A dream! We highly recommend it and would definitely like to come back if that is possible. Many thanks to Herman for letting us spend the days in his house!

The house is in a beautiful setting. The space was clean, cozily furnished and well appointed. Lars was very friendly and easily accessible at all times.

The location between the North Sea and Ijsselmeer influenced our decision and that was also good. The Burghorn Recreation Park is a grown place and has an ambience. The chalet is tastefully and practically furnished and there are additional equipment for different projects (actually someone lives there and has their own needs). It was just nice and uncomplicated. When an unforeseen temperature drop came, there was no problem. The necessary equipment was on site. Our dog felt comfortable. Communication was proactive or better forward-looking. Thank you!

Barry is a very friendly, easily accessible host who cares. The communication was great. The house is as described in the photos and text. Perhaps it should be mentioned that the stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are very steep and narrow. For us and our (big) children, this was not a problem, but with young children this could be an issue. We were very pleased with the mosquito nets and the blinds to darken in the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable. It's very quiet on the lake, even when many cottages are inhabited - a relaxed, beautiful atmosphere. The use of the TV was only a mystery to us, but after a demand from Barry everything worked well. The SUPs and boats are a highlight - our kids loved it. Water lilies and the daily visit of ducks and chickens are included. Shopping is nearby, and Barry gives good tips for things to do and getaways. Great vacation overall.

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

Maaike is a top host. Very nice room with all the comforts. We have enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Delicious extensive breakfast buffet! She responded quickly and thought along well. Definitely recommended!

Our daughters said that They want to lbut the house when Tent grow up. it was cozy and We enjoyed the winter garden.

We had a great stay at Casey's. He welcomed us very well, always responded quickly and gave helpful tips for the area and our tour. In addition, he was a great skipper! Highly recommend - we'll be back!

We were very warmly welcomed . The apartment has a creative atmosphere as the kitchen is a workshop. The bedroom is very cozy and lovingly furnished. The garden offers flower and dyke views.

ideal for spending a peaceful weekend with your family near the lake, we easily reached everywhere because we were traveling by car, you can choose this cute place instead of paying a very high accommodation fee in Amsterdam, we were very well received, everything was very nice from the beginning to the day of the checkout, we are planning to come back again

We loved a stay here. It was peaceful and quiet. The host was friendly and proactive! For example the heat was turned on and the baby was prepared. Highly recommend!

We spent a week with our two dogs in this great cottage and the at least equally beautiful surroundings. We met Tinda in person upon our arrival. She is a very sweet person 😊 There were both "treats" for us and for the dogs. We found the bed very comfortable and it was wonderfully quiet in this place. We made great excursions around the area. My personal highlight and one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had was the "cuddling lamb" on Texel 😍 The beaches are also just a dream and our dogs had a wonderful time there!

We had beautiful days at Sandra's place. She's a very friendly, helpful host. The house is totally lovingly decorated and you have everything you need. The location of the house is perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. We will be happy to come back!

Small but very, very fine! The apartment has a very good location. The center, the promenade or the ferry are within walking distance. Nevertheless, a very quiet location with a totally relaxed parking situation. The apartment was very clean and in very good condition. The accommodation is perfect for a couple of days in Den Helder for two. In summer, the outdoor seating area in front of the entrance door provides an additional lounge area. The 1-room apartment should also work well with a child, who can then fall asleep inside while the parents enjoy the evening outside.
