Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Experience a beautiful vacation right on the Wadden Sea, overlooking the ocean! The endless beaches of Julianadorp, Callantsoog and DenHelder are about 15 km away. 600 m away is the Amstelmeer, a must for water sports enthusiasts. The beautiful area invites you to take bike tours or walks along the water. The chalet is lovingly decorated. There are 2 separate bedrooms, 1 with a large box-spring bed and the 2nd with 1 bunk bed 0.80 x 1.80 m 2 dogs are allowed, no fighting dogs

In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Fantastic place in the back of the garden with lots of privacy and a great panoramic view. Space for 2 people in the "Zwarte Schuur" and in the shed there is space for 2 children or 1 adult (bed is 1.80x1.20). In consultation, a tent can also be added. Also, if you want to come with more people, you can rent the Kaap (see other ad on Airbnb) (fully furnished shed for 2 people at the farthest point of the yard with the widest view).

Cozy Pipo with hot tub & swing on the water

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Hot tub, kayak or 2 SUP boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.

Forest Cabin is a cosy eco-cabin for 2 persons, situated at the edge of the forest on our green campsite. The double bed of this eco-cabin is made for you on arrival and towels and kitchen linen are ready for you. Every morning we bring a delicious fresh and extensive breakfast to your door, including fresh bread from the local bakery, organic yoghurt and cheese from the carefarm, various juices and many other good things.
