In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Charming and modernized little house at the heart of the Maridalen valley. Perfect for city and field holidays. 15 minutes drive to civilization or 20 minute train ride to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

The apartment is situated in the best part of Oslo, nicely equipped and keeps a very high standard. The apt and area has a lot to offer, with a great view of the Oslofjord, central location, easily reachable by walk, busses & trams. It's neighboring to a grocery store (open 7 days/week), lots of restaurants, art galleries and the famous Astrup Fearnley Museum. Fully equipped kithen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. This is the best location in Oslo and you can walk almost everywhere. The apartment is ideal for 7 people, but it`s possible for 9 people to stay if you dont mind sleeping a bit tight. I only accept reservations from guests over 40 years old or families.
