The Annex in Belford tiny place with a big heart

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a tiny hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room. But we love seeing all the different dogs who come on their holidays happily enjoying themselves in the very safe fenced courtyard.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. The Sanctuary. Sleeps 1 or 2 self catering.

The Sanctuary, is a secluded self catering cabin set in a private walled garden, ideal for anyone who wants to get away and retreat for a while. There is a private access to the cabin through the garden gate. The garden is shared with the owners and 3 friendly dogs. The cabin is fitted out for use of one person or two people sharing (a single or twin). It has an on-suite shower and toilet, and a kitchenette fully equipped. The cabin has emergency lighting and USB charging points.

A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.
