The apartment has sloping walls on 2 sides. This makes it cozy, but perhaps too low for very tall guests.

By public transport (VVS), the surrounding cities and the S-Bahn are easily accessible by bus. From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7 minute walk. By car to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg, it is about 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached by S1 without changing trains.

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.

Tübingen and the Schönbuch with wonderful opportunities to enjoy the city as well as nature are located on the doorstep. There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
