The legendary baker can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. From the Memmingen highway you can reach us in about 10 minutes. The airport is a 15-minute drive.

Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
