Completely remodeled cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath on HUGE corner lot with plenty of parking and room for boat and trailer. Located within one block from the beautiful Homosassa river as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. Manatee tours, fishing and scallop guides, boat rentals and more are within walking distance, as well as golf cart rentals at Florida Cracker Resort and Two Pops Sandwich Shop to ride anywhere in Old Homosassa. This is the perfect basecamp location for scalloping, swimming with the manatees or just chilling on the river. Guests have access to entire house as well as a lockable shed in carport. We are available anytime by phone, text or email. Access to house will be given via codes prior to check in. Located in the HEART of Old Homosassa in a residential neighborhood. 1 block away from free public boat ramp and gas. Walking distance to multiple food/ gas / bars/ shopping.
