Booked together the property can host a total of 16 guests.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.

You can bring your boat and park it on our dock. Great fire pit for nights. Large screened in patio with a gen-air bar B que. TVs in all the rooms. Great layout and upscale furniture. We live in this home most of the time and when we are gone we rent the complete home.

Spacious wood deck perfect for grilling what ever you’re catching off the dock side. Rained in? No problem just stay comfy in king size suite. Whether your boating, fishing , nature gazing or retreating were definitely the spot to fulfill your vacation needs.

Waterfront home located on a canal of the Homosassa River. Double and single kayaks included for your use. Fish, swim with manatees in winter months. 10% discount on Manatee Tours with Bird's Underwater Dive Center. Home is block, built in the 1960's, completely remodeled and well kept for a nightly rental. Fully stocked kitchen, Internet, 2 TV's, walking access to state park, and short drive to many waterfront restaurants. NO PETS.
