First Aribnb experience for us, and we're not disappointed! Very nice house, comfortable and neat. Maryline was able to adapt to our needs. We were with our children aged 20 months and 4 years, very well equipped on site, it's quite suitable. The house is just next to the city, great location!

We had a great time. Quiet, peaceful just the sound of the river to put you to sleep and the birds when you wake up. The place is magical and allows you to recharge. The accommodation is very good. Big plus for the two terraces that allow you to enjoy the setting to the fullest. We're holding the address. A break that does you good

We had a fabulous stay here in Guillaume and Eva's lovely chalet. We had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. Peyriac de Mer is a beautiful village, we enjoyed walks and bike rides and peace and quiet. It was a perfect week in every way!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is well located near the beach on foot. parking is easy. the apartment is very well arranged and equipped, suitable for families. The beds are comfortable. The big plus is the access to the pool, we were able to enjoy it by being alone, the water at 30 degrees was perfect.

Great location, in front of the beach with a reasonable price (late May/early June). Really convenient with children. Very pleasant bike paths. With a parking space, which is perfect! Moderately quiet this season. Really want to go back! And Mr. Balade is very friendly and available.

Nice and well-appointed accommodation. Comfortable bedding. The garden is nice, a little left to the birds but nice. Brigitte was discreet and responsive. Although the apartment is located within the family home, we enjoyed the quietness of the place. In addition, Peyriac-de-mer is a very friendly village with its ponds and walks on foot or by bike. I recommend booking for restaurants.

We were not able to fully enjoy the accommodation and the area because our stay was very short (one night). Still, it went very well. We particularly appreciated the total autonomy and communication with our very friendly host.

Our hosts provided a very clean, appointed seaside themed, beautiful view, comforts from home apartment. Comprehensive instruction welcome package and a very proactive response time when questions were asked. It is one of the reasons we would visit Gruissan again! We had a great weekend with the girls in this beautiful place. The house is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. It is very well equipped, the pool and jacuzzi are really great! There were 7 of us and everything was perfect to fully enjoy the stay. I highly recommend it!

The cottage is perfectly positioned with a lovely view over the nearby lake. The accommodation is bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful place.

Stunning property in beautiful isolation, with woodland, wild garden areas and babbling stream - but close to pretty small villages and Carcassonne only 1/2 hour away with large supermarkets for a “big” shop. Very easy to settle in to a very relaxing holiday. Our host has a family house renovated sympathetically full of character and personal effects. 3 good sized bedrooms, though only one toilet on the bedroom floor. Huge living room with fantastic views - ditto the kitchen, which is well stocked. We met Guillaume whilst mowing his vast area of grass - absolutely charming and he was very helpful and responsive throughout. Some toys, cot and a stair gate for our toddler grandson! We absolutely loved it - a joy and a privilege to experience this unique property. PS NOT for people with mobility problems. We absolutely loved it!

Great stay in large family mode at Lopa. The house is large and everyone was able to find their own space. Quiet village and tourist sites not far from each side even if the car is essential. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in the countryside.

A very nice stay with family for the Ascension, in an area full of charm and a beautiful environment that could be reminiscent of Tuscany. Vines, cypresses, olive trees, sun, outdoor dining, beautiful sheltered pool, very large and beautiful garden, a little paradise! Close to the village and abbey of Lagrasse (Le Bastion gastro restaurant!), the splendid abbey of Fontfroide, Carcassonne and the African reserve of Sigean, enough to keep the whole family busy. A beautiful memory.

An exceptional stay! The gite is so well set up from the glorious setting and peaceful atmosphere to the fast wifi, underfloor heating, modern interior, large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. It is a little hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful countryside and our hosts were beyond amenable and welcoming. Colin’s incredible art just creates a wonderful atmosphere. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in a long time! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely gite in Aragon.

Cottage in a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery. Large terrace without neighbors opposite, the other cottages being at a good distance and nice contact with the neighbors. Well-equipped apartment, air conditioning is a real plus when it's 35 degrees... Pleasant indoor pool where we could swim alone. A good base for visiting the region, enjoy the pleasant village of Homps (2-hour barge ride on the Canal du Midi with the company Croisières du Midi, very good)
