Monthly Rentals in Honeymoon Beach

I stayed here while attending a beach tennis tournament on Water Island with my friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was peaceful and private, but still close enough to the ferry and Honeymoon Beach. The host was super responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. After long days at the beach, it was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in St. Thomas!

overall, great short term stay equipped with what we needed for our trip. all utilities/amenities were working and functioning air conditioning! the area was very peaceful, low noise, and fall asleep to the sounds of the island every night. the view alone made it worth it. evanton the host was also kind enough to let us stay a little past checkout to accommodate our late flight. if i could give any critiques- the unit had lots of mosquitoes when we arrived. they started to disappear throughout our stay but we got bitten a lot. there is also a lock on the door that there is no key to, so if you turn the lock before you leave, you are stranded. the host also does not have a key to it. we got lucky that the unit downstairs was unlocked and we were able to work our way in. in my opinion, it is a big liability to have a lock on the door with no signage that could leave people completely SOL. even tape over the lock or something that says “do not lock”. overall, we would repeat our stay!

From start to finish, April made our stay one of our most memorable vacations. Having visited the island multiple times, we knew exactly what we wanted—and this property checked all the boxes. Anything we needed or requested was promptly addressed by either April or her property managers. This property is truly one of a kind, offering both stunning sunrise and sunset views. The ocean breeze is strong but refreshing, keeping you cool throughout the day. We also opted to have April provision our groceries, and she went above and beyond—everything was neatly put away upon our arrival. Water Island has always held a special place in our family’s heart, and staying here made it even more unforgettable. We can’t recommend it enough!

I loved Thomas’s place. Everything was super clean and organized. We felt right at home. I’m gonna return again with my family soon!
