Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hood River

Incredible place! The host was very reap and friendly. We loved loved the home - every inch of the property is impeccably cared for and beautiful. Can’t wait to return!

The home was extremely comfortable, well organized and clean. Our family had a great time in the house - the kids wished we spent more time there to utilize the deck, basketball court, and hot tub. The layout works great with a large open room downstairs with a deck for coffee / happy hour. We were greeted by three deer right off the patio each morning that we were there. Easy to utilize the tv / speakers. The host communicated clearly, and proactively and the local hike he recommended was the highlight.

Our family’s fourth or fifth time staying here and it’s just as magical and fun as the first time. Beautiful nature getaway and we’ll definitely be back!

This home was so peaceful and welcoming!. The sound from the waterfalls was just magical! The pictures did not do it justice. The kitchen was stocked with great cookware and sharp knives. Hard to find that at most bnb’s. Every one of us said multiple times that this was the best place we have ever stayed. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being a great host, Foster!

Great place for our group to stay overnight. Plenty of room and a beautiful view of the gorge! Large yard and garage-lounge are fun extras to have available.

Easy, convenient and practical. Extremely responsive hosts and accommodations- farther out than expected but I prefer that to busy in-city; Miss Oreo cookie cat was a great host too. great bathroom heater, clean, equipped for coffee and other light food and beverage. I would come again

Nice property right by the River. Comfortable stay and a good value. Beds were comfortable. The hosts set up a fire in the fire pit for us which was a nice bonus. They were also flexible on check out time.

Just a short mile from town, nice view out front sliding door of the river. Clean space, Christine and Martin were very friendly and have lots of knowledge about Columbia the Gorge.area.

Wonderful location with everything we needed. Short walk to fun food options and right across the street from Edgefield.

Our stay here was lovely. It’s a beautiful little development in a gorgeous location. The place had everything we needed and when the AC broke down they were super responsive by bringing in window units until they could fix it. The bed was also super comfortable. The communication and location made this spot a lovely stay and I would happily stay again!

We absolutely loved this place, so cozy and non-pretentious. Beautiful antique glass collection and lights on at night in the garden were a bonus for us. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful, newly remodeled, condo in government camp. The space was so darling, perfectly organized, and a great location to walk to restaurants. The closest ski in and ski out you can find on Mt Hood as well. One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in. Thank you!!

Best experiance ever for an Airbnb!!! 5 stars is not enough. i am already making plans to come back again. The property is beautiful, the inside is perfection, and felt like a retreat the moment we stepped out of the car. we felt spoiled and enjoyed every moment we were there. the only downside was having to leave. the bar is now set so high for anywhere else we go its going to be almost impossible to match this stay. I will be back again soon for sure...

Reading the reviews and then visiting Maddie's beautiful cabin, I can see why people have come here multiple times. we came for a family vacation and to see a show at the amphitheater in Ridgeland. we drove 12 hours from Salt Lake City and it was so incredibly worth it. The pictures looked beautiful, but they didn't do this place justice. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and so much more incredibly than the pictures can show. The cabins are well stocked, the beds comfy, and amenities like the pizza oven, fire pit, hammocks and seating areas scattered around made our stay perfect. We will be back. ❤️

We had a fantastic stay! The location was excellent conveniently close to grocery stores and gas stations, which made everything super accessible. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The air conditioner and heater worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable no matter the weather. It’s the ideal place for a group perfectly suited for a party of eight. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Gorgeous setting close to Mt Hood hiking and snow parks. Lots of restaurants and stores within 30 minutes. The residence is dated and rustic but the setting is gorgeous!!! A pretty little meadow with a huge view. The furniture is comfortable and the residence was kept clean. Firewood was provided.

Amber’s cabin is so warm and inviting. It’s even better than the pictures. It’s small but the space is well designed and very functional and comfortable. The decor was beautiful but not overdone or cluttered. The beds were very comfortable (and that’s important to me.) The outside deck with the fire pit was great and really added to the overall space. For a small town, there are a few really good restaurants close by but if you prefer to cook, there’s a good market (very close) and the kitchen is well appointed. The Nespresso coffee machine was very much appreciated. And Amber allowed us to bring our dog which was so important to us. I highly recommend Amber’s cabin when you’re in the Mt Hood area, we will definitely come back.

Clean space. Firepit was really nice to use. A bit chilly on rainy days, but we had fire wood so it worked out. Overall, good stay.

So spacious, clean and full of diverse activities: hot tub, kid room upstairs with toys / games / movies, ping pong downstairs, path to creek, fire pits, deck with views, comfortable living room. Our family was so happy with all the space! Very cozy beds. Very well appointed bathrooms and kitchen. We wanted for nothing. Very close to a number of hikes and activities. Host Chris was very proactive and communicative. One of our best AirBnB experiences! Thank you!

This place was perfect for me and my small family, the scenery was breathtaking, and the location was perfect. This is the perfect get vacation stay if you have a small family. Oregon has to be one of the most beautiful places ive been too and this place definitely made it even better with the location.
