We are close to Lewes, Charleston Festival, Seven Sisters National Park and Glyndebourne. You’ll love our home because of the cosiness, the people, the location and the very comfortable beds. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and dogs by prior arrangement, we love dogs as much as you do.

Bexhill old town is steeped in smuggling history and central to the Bexhill and Hastings smuggling gangs. Our house was also used during the Napoleonic war to house officers, their soldiers being billeted nearby. Situated opposite St Peter’s church, mentioned in the Doomsday book ! our cottage provides a beamed, cosy stay for all history lovers. It’s modern amenities allow you to enjoy our lovely seaside town, beautiful beaches and De La Warr pavilion which hosts gigs throughout the year

We have beaches within 10 minutes drive, local pubs and near by historic sites such as Herstmonceux Castle and Observatory Science Centre, Battle Abbey, Pevensey Castle and many more.

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds

Although situated in the depths of the countryside, we are only a 10 minute drive from the market town of Hailsham which has a good selection of shops and supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Asda).

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.

The Stables is a converted self-catering cottage in what was the original stables and coach house of Boreham House bed and breakfast and is ideal for couples or families. Inside the cottage the accommodation has been renovated to a very high standard while retaining much of the original character.
