The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. This sunny, private suite with a separate entrance and driveway is convenient to everything. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you. A microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, sitting area, and dining table make meals easy. Your full bathroom comes with soft towels and a hairdryer. The bedspread is washed between guests to ensure your stay is comfortable and clean.

Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove (I supply firewood), Fridge. We've got a grand ol' full-size bed here, decked out with a Bedgear Performance mattress and pillows that'll have you feeling like you're floating on air. Our kitchenette is equipped with all the fixin, including a two-burner electric stove, full-size microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. This unit is Dog friendly.  As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property. NOTE: This cost-effective room has the potential for noise.
