We booked Faith’s place due to a barons game Friday. Luckily, the apartment was literally right in front of the field so not only was the apartment in walking distance but was located near a Publix and a lot of good eats. We had a magnificent view of the firework show and to top it off. There was another barons game the next day. The space was very clean and the interior design was very nice. I was a tad frustrated during arrival but Faith even offered to come let me in since I was having issues (my fault) but I would definitely recommend booking! You will not be disappointed.

Jen’s place is exactly as pictured, looks even better in person. The directions she sent for the check-in process were easy to understand and follow. A few things I always look for in an Airbnb is cleanliness, a nice hot shower, and free of bugs, all of which this place provided. A few things to note, the parking garage is tight, but doable if you can navigate your vehicle. We have a Chevy traverse for size reference, and we managed. Also, the beds are firm. I will not say they are uncomfortable because some ppl like a firm bed, but I will say that they are definitely firm. The place overall was great and I would recommend staying here and would stay again myself in the future.

Kathleen’s place was the perfect spot for me and my two Weimaraners. They are like children to me. All they want is a place to watch TV and relax on their doggy mat. They are not high maintenance nor do they bark. I needed a place to get ready for a wedding and a bridal luncheon. Kathleen‘s place was stocked with coffee and clean towels and linens. It was a beautiful place. Although I didn’t need all the amenities, I could definitely see how it would be a great place to come back and spend a few days visiting family in Birmingham. It’s also a prime location to stay and go to great restaurants nearby. Also, you’re on a high floor at the end and it’s so quiet. I slept like a baby. So did my sweet baby dogs. Not one peep from them. Also, if you’re worried about walking your dog, it’s so easy. I’ll definitely be back when I have the time to spend and enjoy the city. It’s a great value. I highly recommend her condo. There’s even a really nice workout facility. How amazing! 5 stars

The best Airbnb I stayed in, the place was very clean everything is just like the pictures. Very private and quiet area, walkable to some bars and restaurants , Frothy monkey has wonderful food. Kathleen very friendly and responsive. 10/10 i highly recommend and I will definitely book here again

We enjoyed our two night stay. Everything was very clean and neat. Great place to stay and good location. i recommend a fan or ceiling fan in each room to move the air around.

Looks exactly like the photos. The unit was very clean, adorably decorated, and super comfortable bed. The balcony overlooking the city was perfect for sipping our morning coffee. Would absolutely stay here again.

Eddie was able to accommodate my stay on short notice and on a rainy night. Thanks to him, I was fortunate to not be left in the cold. We had 8 guys staying there for our golf trip. Delaine was very helpful. If you had a problem she took care of it. We cooked steaks on the grill and walk to places to eat. Nice having restaurants in walking distance. Very unique experience staying a home built in 1903.

If anyone misses out on Cordell listing, their heart should be broken. He was top tier. Every time I reached out to him, he answered the phone or replied to a message right away. I will definitely book with him again. The distance from downtown and local attractions was 10 minutes or less.

Jay was a great host. The home was fantastic and in a beautiful neighborhood. Jay was available at all times and helped make our stay for the week relaxing and stress free.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Kathi was very nice and extremely helpful. She was extra concerned about me and if i needed anything. I loved the house. Quiet neighborhood, near stores and can get the major delivery services. Not long ride to and from airport or downtown Birmingham. Absolutely would stay again
